For weeks, two regular employees reliably charged me the correct price of $8.56. However, a third female employee consistently attempted to price-gouge me at $11.00, falsely claiming prices went up. When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the first two employees, they explicitly confirmed the price was $8.56, found her actions odd, and promised to address it with management.Unfortunately, when I returned today, the same woman attempted to overcharge me again. When I calmly requested that she verify the price with a colleague or the owner, she became highly defensive and combative. Rather than resolving the issue, she falsely accused me of "haggling" and "harassing" her, ultimately demanding that I leave. While walking out calmly and collectedly, I recorded a video of the interaction as she threatened to call the police.The situation deteriorated further when the owner arrived. Rather than listening objectively to a loyal customer to resolve an obvious internal management mishap, the owner refused to hear my side of the story entirely. She treated me with absolute contempt, deflected all accountability, and actively defamed my character by backing her employee's false narrative. To worsen matters, I was threatened with arrest for criminal trespass if I ever attempt to re-enter the property. As a minority customer attempting to have a peaceful, professional dialogue, this defensive, hostile, and exclusionary treatment felt deeply discriminatory. Because of this severe disrespect, deflection, and defamation, I am actively filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and taking further actions regarding this matter. They have permanently lost my business. I will be searching for the justice I deserve. This is not a reliable business nor the employees and owner is.
