Mr. Reed came to my home to take pictures, pictures turned out all right, we used them in my home listing. For personal reasons I had to take my home listing down after only two days, when I got everything sorted I decided part of the issue was that I needed a realtor that was an expert in the area I was selling, so I decided to go with a different realtor. We bought the pictures from Mr. Reed so that my first realtor didn't have to pay any money out of pocket, we wanted to do the right thing. After purchasing the pictures we believed those pictures were now ours so we used them with the second realtor, in the second home listing. David is an independent contractor, and we were still using the pictures for a real estate listing, purchased the pictures so there should have been no problem. My house was now active again. We are so excited as it's a very hot market and we are needing to get this house sold so we can buy our new home very soon. Not even a day passes and we are getting rude email exchanges from Mr. Reed demanding we take down the pictures immediately, he also gave a refund we did not ask for it. We were very confused. After getting a little more information, he said he did not give us permission to use the pictures with a different realtor, and he did not like the fact that we decided to go with someone else. You see, my first realtor and Mr. Reed are friendly, and have worked together many times before. He also reached out to my new realtor and we had to take my listing off the market again, scramble to find a new photographer last minute. I called two different real estate photography agencies, explained the situation and both companies asked me the photographer I was referencing. I let them know and they were shocked. My realtor, also shocked. It was expressed that had never been seen before, that it was highly unprofessional, and that between her letting Mr. Reed know that I relisted with someone else, and his fondness of her, they were going to punish us. That's how it felt, like we were being punished like children. For future reference, just know Mr. Reed has no problem randomly refunding you whether your home is active on the market or not and demanding his pictures get taken down. Something tells me this might not be the first time this has happened? Not sure. Thank goodness my current realtor is super on the ball and we already have new pictures merely one day later so I can get relisted, He mentioned he needed to pull some strings as that was incredibly short notice but he said he genuinely felt bad that there are people in the industry giving others a bad name. Again, this is all my opinion based on my personal experience.

Neither my husband nor I are very comfortable behind the camera but she is helping solve that! She does an excellent job of talking you through the shots and posing you without feeling forced. She also captures some really great, genuine, candid moments. Our previous experience with a different photographer was at our wedding and some of the shots were awkward and overly posed, this has not been the case with Sara at all. I also really like that if you have a hair out of place or bunched up clothing (or anything else) she will stop and tell you. Again our wedding photographer did not do this and I have several photos that would have been great but I have a few misplaced strands of hair in my face. Lastly, she was great with our baby! Our newborn was pretty squirmy and the photos had to be taken outside at a distance, family style, because of COVID-19 but Sara didn't miss a beat and was still able to get great shots of our baby.
