He added an auto flushing filter along with a flow meter and master valve to automatically shut off my irrigation system, should I have a stuck valve. I was not only impressed with the work that Bob performed for me, but also how reasonable his rates were and how flexible he was to work with. I wish I could give him more than five stars. After having Action Irrigation come out to do repairs and replace a timer earlier in the year they…read more"finished" the job and left the pipes exposed. I had to cover them with a brick. They billed $1100 and overcharged ($500) for a timer and three solenoids after having a long conversation about not using an expensive timer. A simple Google search revealed the parts should have cost $200 at most. When called back out to repair a leak on the exposed pipes they dug this hole and said they couldn't do the repair today. They claimed that the damage was done by the landscaper which happened to be me. They gave me no time for scheduling on the repair and left the hole as is. The next day when I called to ask when they would be coming back the owner told me "soon." I pressed the matter and got "next week" after being talked over repeatedly which got me upset. Finally he said they would come on Monday but wouldn't come back before that to fill in the hole they left behind. Because I expressed my disappointment (I admittedly lost my cool at this point) and did curse once, he then refused to come back to do the job. When the owner said he would not come back I hung up the phone. Then the owner texted me with an offer to fill in the hole after he refused to finish the job. I texted back saying no and "good luck with your business." The owner then texted me back with further insults and I blocked his number. In ten years of being an HOA president I have never had a business do such a poor job and be so unwilling to do basic safety protocols. To be clear: All I asked for was to have a schedule and to come back that day to fill the hazardous hole Action Irrigation left behind. I cursed once (f'ing) and was never directed at the owner. My ire was justified by the overcharging, lack of responsibility, poor work, and the fact that I had to pull teeth to get an actual date for the return to perform repairs. The conversation was heated. I never "screamed." Don't use this company, it's not worth the liability...

He responded immediately and stopped later the same day to take a look at my yard. I received an estimate quickly (same day). After getting a few more estimates I hired More Life for the project. They were able to start the following week. Throughout the project Jose answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the progress. He made me feel at ease and confident in their work. Drip Drop showed up within scheduled time and got right to work. They installed a backflow device…read moreand replace all 6 zone valves. When done they didn't leave the area very clean. I tried to test the system and found there was no water getting to it. When I contacted them to have the system checked they said they would be out either that day or the next. The next day by 1pm i got tired of waiting around and checked things myself. I found that one of the valves on the backflow was off. This valve was partially buried and barely visible. When I checked the system all of the zones were incorrect. I had to pull all the wires from the controller off of the valves and connect the correct zone to the right valve. I'm not really happy with the quality of work and their not checking to see if things even worked before they left when finishing the job.
