This is my go-to vape shop. Staff is laid-back and knowledgeable, and they have a pretty wide selection of items. I especially enjoy their reward system. I feel like I only need to buy a couple bottles of vape juice before I am eligible to get one for free. read more

However, a month or so ago, I went in because I needed a vape and was already in that shopping mall. To my pleasant surprise, a young man named Abe was there and he had the very best customer service skills. It was a pleasure doing business with him! Tonight, again in the area needing a new vape, hoping that Abe would still be working there, I decided to take my business there again. Abe was not there, but a young man named Jay was there and met that same level of friendliness and customer service I had previously received with Abe. He was already out front, not hiding out back. He stood right up as I walked in, greeting me with a smile and offering friendly help. I was again quite impressed with his level of customer service, especially during this new era where really good customer service has seemed to go by the way side. Whoever the manager or owner is of this particular location, I give you kudos in hiring and training some outstanding employees these past few months. Their grow kits can be used by both beginners and advanced people to grow mushrooms at home. My first experience with this company was at the Oakmont Farmers Market. The employee there had cooked Lion's Mane mushrooms, and he allowed my husband and me to taste them. My husband enjoyed the flavors, so we bought 8 ounces. The cost was $10, although the menu said $8 per pound. ?? My husband and I took these Lion's Mane mushrooms home. We heated the mushrooms for a lunch, and we enjoyed their freshness and flavor. We know little about mushrooms, but we feel interested in learning more about the dozens of species of mushrooms that people eat. I read on the company's website that they offer a class for people to learn about mushrooms, so maybe I should sign up for it. According to this company's social media, they sell their mushrooms not only at the Oakmont Farmers Market but also through their website, the Clarion Farmers Market, and the Pittsburgh Strip District.

Cloud Neun is THE premier Vape Shop in New Castle and surrounding areas. Excellent selection of E-liquids/juice and the most popular mods and tanks on market today! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Over 70 different flavors at the sampling bar. They also have a lounge, two flat screen TVs and adequate seating at the tables to wick and coil or just chill. Hands down the best shop I've ever been to. Highly recommended!
