Andrea was so kind as to help give me ideas on how to make my invitation look more presentable and even printed me extra sample designs on different styles of paper. They can get 200 invitations and reply cards printed and ready in less than 1 week! I've always been very kind and nice to him and have always treated him well, paid him on time, and given him the leftover desserts from the photo shoot to take home. I have hired him many times. However, on a recent visit, he asked me inappropriate, intrusive and probing questions whilst making references to my home and financial status which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I felt very hurt by these comments and they stayed with me for about a month. I couldn't sleep well for 4 days after he said these things to me. I expressed these feelings to his wife on a few emails a few times and told her that going forward I would be hiring someone else to take care of my photography needs. However, they didn't really care about the fact that they were losing a client because of something that was said to upset me. They seem to be more concerned about their online reputation rather than about keeping me as a client even though I had brought this to their attention. When I told them that I was seeking another photographer, they didn't care because I suppose they have enough clients and don't need my business. Well... if people don't care about how they speak to me or take anything I have said to them seriously even though I have brought it to their notice a few times, then I won't care about what say about them online either

We also wanted the service to be available online, so that friends and family from afar could join. Once event planning got underway, I soon realised that I did not have the time, skills, or equipment to run a proper hybrid event. I reached out to Yes Audio Visual asking if they could do A/V for a hybrid memorial service. James Haldane, the company owner, got back to me promptly, and affirmed that they do cover such events. Also, because memorial services are sensitive by nature, James himself took on the A/V for the event (rather than send an employee), just to ensure that everything was done with sensitivity and to minimize any mishaps. He was very professional, met me at the venue ahead of time to assess the capabilities of the venue, layout, internet, etc. He planned everything carefully ahead of time, and also came early on the day-off to do proper setup, testing, etc. Afterwards, I was supplied with a video recording of the event. A Zoom meeting video was also supplied, since the online component was webcast via Zoom. I highly recommend Yes Audio Visual and would gladly use them again.
