A 24 hour cancellation notice would have allowed to make alternate plans somewhere else. In addition, I received a text message stating I would be contacted if other spots opened that same day or the following day. Needless to say that no one ever bothered to follow up.

The space is beautiful, the linens are always crisp, clean, and comforting. Her music selection is perfect. She also ask about any particular problems that she should focus on. Usually, I request for shoulders and neck as a problem areas. Within 10 minutes of her massage I am passed out and needs to be awaken to turn over. Awaken again when the massage is finished. Afterwards, she provides tea or water so that I am hydrated. She promptly provides you with a receipt via email the next day so that I can submit it for flexible spending (Dr. prescribed massage) reimbursement. Overall, my massage experience with Amanda has been very positive and I highly recommend her. Having a complimentary parking lot in the rear is a BIG plus in Cambridge.
