Tricia was the 'stylist' who completely disregarded my request to cut only TWO inches and kept cutting away leaving me with a "style" that I would never request and thoroughly hate! If she is the stylist cutting your hair, be sure to bring a friend to witness what she does--if you can convince your attorney to be present, so much the better. I never ask for 'bulk' to be removed since that effectively removes body but strongly suspect that was also done. IMHO, Tricia deserves a place among the styling trolls that caused an overflow in small claims courts in the late 1980s/early 1990s. Yes, my hair will grow again, but I'm not that young anymore so hopefully I will live long enough to see it happen.
