The guy came over and was verbally abusive, raising his voice and physically blocking me from the clothing. He started accusing me of trying to buy it cheaper online, and when I tried to explain myself he spoke over me and shouted me down. I can see a number of reviews of the same thing, so I now know he's known for doing this. I couldn't understand why he became so abusive so quickly so I looked it up and sure enough, Regatta are selling their Begonia II for £34.95 whereas his is £57. He's obviously struggling to compete and things are tough right now, but that is not how you treat you others, especially when you need their custom.

There are hundreds upon hundreds of categories of charms to choose from and the option to build you own charm necklace, bracelet etc.. The store also sells an abundance of rings, earrings and other costume jewellery. You can expect to pay around £340 for a pair of certain collection earrings but they really are worth the extra pennies. On a whole, they do seem to be cheaper than Swarovski and all the silver they use is sterling. They are now an internationally recognised brand and it's unsurprising really. If anybody wants to buy me a nice present, you know where to go...

For jewellery and charms worth hundreds of pounds it looks extremely tacky...maybe that's the point...I don't know...maybe there's something I'm not 'getting'...I suspect not. If I think of a charm bracelet or necklace I think of vintage hand-picked trinkets with sentimental value or pendants rescued tenderly from puddles to be given a new lease of life...not, erm, this. Angry jewel-encrusted skulls, gittering cufflinks complete with brand name, naffly stylised butterflies and peace signs...peace signs? They somehow seem rather incongruous against all the jewel incrusted crassness. Ok enough of the rant...there are obviously people who love Thomas Sabo...I'm just really not one of them!

The shop is large spanning two 'normal sized' shops and has a great range of gas applicances from cookers and hobs to fires and central heating systems. They of course offer a full fitting service which you can rely on as it is Corgi registered. The staff are lovely and the sales people are not at all pushy. Prices are maybe a tad higher than other places but you are paying for the service and the name and with something like this it is worth the slight extra cost.

When you're passing yourself off as a top quality watch seller, boasting brands like DKNY and Police and Diesel and Fossil etc etc, you look for a quality about the place, and it just looks a bit amateur. When I went in I was looking for a Marc Ecko watch, don't ask, I was all about the super bling in a not so understated way, and as it said it was a supplier of such blingtastic watches I went in, when looking around the glass cabinets for my special bling, I couldn't see any, so I asked the bloke texting, who I deduced worked there due to his position behind the till if they had any, and he said nope, they don't stock them, weren't likely to and couldn't remember if they ever had. What the hell? Wandering around the shop you do notice there are some good quality watches about the place, all the brands are of a good quality, there's also some less familiar brands dotted about the place, and with sales the items are reasonable, but outside of this, they don't quite manage to undercut most of the larger chains knocking around. Still undecided as to how I feel about this place. This would be where half stars would be useful.

il be honest when i say, this is a great watchshop. as soon as i walked in i was happy with the…read moreatmosphere, a woman behind the till and a man asking me if i need help! which i did, i needed a police watch for my boyfriend who came last week. they happily showed me what they have. police is a designer therefore i was expecting high prices. but managed to find a pefect one at a good price. they were friendly and helpful. they also do repairs depending on the watch.once i bought it i was overall impressed. my boyfriend then said it was a little too big, so we went back. they took out links and it fit him perfect and the cost? nothing! overall this is a great watchshop and i think its the one of the largest independant ones ive seen in leeds. so overall, yes it is good.
