When I asked for a copy of the official divorce decree, I was told they could not provide it and that I would need to go to the courthouse website and purchase it myself. Not only did they fail to provide me with the most important documents at the conclusion of my case, but they also showed no accountability or professionalism--there wasn't even an apology for the lack of communication or service.
