They know their business inside out, and their customer service is outstanding. When the first set of batteries finally died at the cabin, they had new ones ready for us in no time. The install crew took two days to do our system in town, and by the time they were done they were our friends. Even our over-protective border collie loved them. They're simple the best.

When i contacted him, he repeatedly said the pump was back-ordered and would be shipped soon, but he soon stopped returning e-mails and never returned my many calls (an answering service always answers Solar Conduit's phone)! I complained to PayPal, local Better Business Bureau in Texas, and anyone else i could think of, with no luck. He had stalled me long enough with the backorder lies that I could no longer do anything about the payment! I even wrote to some of his Facebook friends, sharing my story and asking them to contact Ken and pressure him to give me my hard-earned $ back... I only got two replies, which said they did not know him and had met him only briefly... I lost $1,087, and his "business" is still up and running, apparently. I get an email from the owner (Ken) saying that their pricing online was not up to date and that the pump was actually $849.00 then proceeded to say that they could send an online invoice so i could pay the difference, or cancel the order. I then wrote him back stating that according to their website and my order confirmation that the pump is $697.00 and that if they did not honor their listed price that i would cancel the order (as a consumer, it is not my fault that you did not update your pricing). They refused to honor their listed price and noted that their website indicates ** Pricing may be subjected to change, without notice** and that they can not always keep up with price changes. (again, not my fault as a consumer). I have never seen a company use this tactic before. I also work for a small business and I am constantly purchasing from vendors and it is not at all hard to keep up with price changes ( we sell A LOT of equipment for treatment and pumps for well water). To me, this is considered shady business and very unprofessional. My advice is that if you're in the market for solar equipment that you seek a company other than this one. I wish i had look at the reviews for this company sooner, as it seem there are others who did not have a good experience with this company.

Cameras require WIFI to be charged by solar, password, camera ID#s and camera passwords. Not one camera has ever worked in a year and a half. November 2023 to September 2025. Now they have a new phone system to avoid leaving messages and they do not answer the phone. This is a terrible company and has no professional followup on issues or concerns. The owner Rossie makes promises or suggest things but never follows through. It's necessary to call and push to the point she will attempt to make us look impolite and inconsiderate for asking for completion of anything. 7 units installed and no cameras have ever worked as expected ...even at installation. I'd suggest to Greenstar Power to hire a dedicated Service Agent to handle phones and manage expectations for their customers. This, I believe would help the "Face" of the company meet their EXCELLENT Technical work. If I was rating this company solely on the work they've performed at my residence and previous interactions with Zach, it'd be a five (5) without a second thought. I felt to be fair to Greenstar and who I usually leave comments I'd removed the previous comment where my emotions seemed to rule the day to a this, a more logical and objective review of Greenstar and my experiences with them. I'm not sure what happened but last year when my inverter went out because of a lighting storm in the area I spoke and worked the issue with Zach. There were some issues with Solar Edge and Zack was able to work through those issues. It took a bit but it was on Solar Edge's end not Greenstar Power. However, this year when I had nine panels not producing power and I couldn't get a callback from the Service Department I was furious! Their customer service department in returning phone calls has was terrible! It took over six weeks calling multiple times a week, leaving messages with No response! I found an online option and left a fairly pointed comment and they reached out to me the next day. The following day, last Saturday, a crew came out and fixed all the issues. I will say that each time any of the Techs have been at my home they have been Fantastic!! Very professional and awesome work. As true as it is that Greenstar has incredible technicians and performs awesome work. It is equally true that Greenstar needs to fix the Customer Service phone answering/returning calls issues. It is the face of the company and completely distracts from the professional hard work your technicians conduct in the field.
