I love Victoria's Secret, I buy ALL my stuff from here, and the PINK section. The manager 'Melly' has a truly disgusting personality, and she's just the most RUDE person I've ever talked too. She treated my sister and I like subhumans and it was just shocking. I don't know if she was raised with manners or not, but wow, how sad. Giselle, Roxy and Gaby (staff members) are all AMAZING, happy and good at doing their jobs, and extremely helpful. Giselle treated my sister and I with respect and she was so genuine and friendly, she should be manager. All the male employees just proceeded to stare at us and give us ugly looks and offer no help while we were shopping. I don't know why they think their better and above anyone else, it truly doesn't make sense to me. Overall the treatment given to us by the manager makes me NEVER want to be going back to that store, and I won't be going back. They need to get a new manager ASAP. Each lane typically has 10-15 customers waiting, sometimes more, which leads to long delays. When another register finally opens, instead of helping the customers who have been waiting the longest, staff often call over people from the back of the line who just arrived. This is extremely frustrating and unfair to those who have already waited. Additionally, the store rarely answers the phone, making it difficult to get any assistance without going in person. Overall, the experience is disappointingi wouldn't even rate it half a star. In contrast, the Academy Sports + Outdoors location provides outstanding service and operates much more efficiently.
