Great little shop! All military vets :) We called Ari be looking for a specific attachment and this spot had it. When we walked in, the guy had it sitting on the counter for us. I'm updating my review after being a very regular customer for well over a year. It was a 5 star review then when their shop was just getting started and I wish I could add even more stars! Every staff member is extremely knowledgeable and professional to a level not seen in most vape shops. They're also more than friendly and if there's not a bunch of customers in they'll actually talk to you and joke around with ya. My mother and I both are friends with all the employees and the owner and once you become their friend/regular customer they'll hook you up with discounts, free drip tips and they even gave me a shirt. The prices for their juices are pretty standard but they always have flavors on sale, not the cheaper juices either like other shops try to pull, they pick their most popular juice at the time usually. Their sales on juice are incredible; their mods, attys and batteries are also lower priced and authentic. One of my favorite parts about this shop is you can grab a coffee from BlackRock in the same parking lot, then chill out on one of their couches/loveseats/stools and just talk to other vapers and the employees and the conversation is always interesting. I've only gone to this shop since I started going. I'm a loyal customer and get treated as such when I'm in there which I personally believe other vape shops should operate, they're like your bartender you get to know but for vaping so to not build a repertoire with yout customers is not good for business and they definitely don't have that problem. They also don't give preferential treatment to regulars when the store is packed. All around a great environment and atmosphere they've created; they always have some awesome movie or music playing, the employees are friendly, it's a very clean store, they're easy to locate, there's always parking, the juices are fairly priced and delicious and it's a good lounge for hanging out and meeting other vapers. Would recommend to any vaper! read more

My husband and I came here a few days ago and couldn't be happier! We've been through plenty of vapes that leak and just suck in general. Due to the fact that we went the cheap route instead of spending some money on a decent set up. They didn't try to sell us on anything overly expensive and got the kangertech subox mini starter kit (which is awesome by the way and I have zero complaints). They set it up for me and let us try all their flavors while we waited, which is way more then any place I've been too. Very happy with our experience and plan on coming back very soon for more juice :) read more

We started our first location in Lake Elsinore, CA in 2013. We value customer service and taking care of our customers, so our business naturally grew from just embracing our community and taking care of customers.

I am a former Marine(2/4 Weapons Co 0352, with 15 years of retail management. I stopped smoking after 17 years by using Vape. It moved me so much, that I wanted to bring that to my community and help them quit smoking as I did. I am a family man with 3 children and a wife. I believe in doing the right thing, and that has always provided for me.

I have been to A LOT of vape shops in the area. This vape shop is by far the best one yet. From the staff overall knowledge and professionalism to the quality of juices and hardware. This shop blows away other vape shops. They are the only shop that carries Immortal Soul juice line and it is phenomenal. The shop is clean, friendly, and inviting to all vapers from beginner to advanced. The staff doesnt pressure you into buying or selling you the most expensive thing there. For my vets out there this shop a vet owned and operated and super friendly to military. I could go on and on. Needless to say this is my go to vape shop from now on. read more

I've been going to a few different shops and when I saw cloud haven just opened up I stopped by to check it out with my brother in law who is also a fellow vaper.anyway Greg is super knowledgable and was able to help me out in selecting a new mech mod (mutation mod and addy) cause my other mod was giving up on me.i was able to try out their line of juices while I waited for Greg to set up my mod for me.super friendly and really good juices. Just got my first Vape to help get off cigarettes from Greg. I had absolutely no idea about anything in the vaping world and he patiently answered all my questions. I explained what I was wanting, he directed me to what he thought would be the best bang for my buck. He didn't tell me about the expensive things until I asked about them and there was absolutely no pressure. Say outside now for 26 minutes waiting for them. The open sign is on and a be back in 5 sticky is on the door. I arrived at 10am as it says they are open an no one is here and it's been long past 5 minutes. My box broke along with my tank an I needed juice. Looks like they lost out on a $200 sale. First off, I want say I usually buy my juice online but since first coming here a couple of weeks ago I like to show up for the atmosphere and to talk to the guys working. Cloudhaven has a nice lounge area and at the bar they have all their juice already in tanks for you to sample. The prices are pretty good compared to the other shops in town. So I spend a 120 dollars on a mod about a month ago and the motherboard on the the new mod shorted out on me. They told me if it was over a month ago they cant do anything about it. I believe it was just over a month ago and I am very unhappy about this. They told me to go to the company so I did, and they told me each shop should offer there own warranty. It was a dark gloomy day and i lost my zero vape. Fuckin called them up and asked what kind of nic salt vapes they had and asked for some prices. This dark and gloomy day was opposite when I stepped into the store. Candles burning, smells great inside.Very nice worker behind the counter really knows her stuff and is super friendly. Bought quite a bit of stuff from this shop and will continue to do so. I had bought a defective atty from there and all I had to say was it wasn't working right and was leaking and not only did he replace it he upgraded it. The new TVF-4 rips like no other!!
