Yes - finally! Having moved to Villa Heights/NoDa area, it was a little pain in the butt to find a store that specialized in Hookah specialty items. I could go to High Life on Central nearby but parking is a pain and I have honestly been there numerous of times near the weekend and everything is sold out. I could also go to another a little shop on Eastway but they had a very limited selection. All in all, being the frequent and avid hookah smoker that I am, it was pretty frustrating getting the supplies that I needed often. FINALLY, Cloudzilla opened up right on Central and Plaza. It's a beautiful, open space with tons of selections. I only go for the Hookah items (they have actual hookahs for sell, Starbuzz tobacco, other tobacco brands, tons of different coals and brands, different type of disposable mouthpieces, and more) but they have all sorts of items for the Tobacco or Vape connoisseur that you are! I mean, it is literally a one stop shop. The owner is super kind and friendly. He never makes me feel rushed and has even put me on different types of coal that I would have never discovered otherwise. Everyone that I've met in the shop has been very nice and given great customer experience - unlike all the other shops. (I'm not even kidding about this...) For that alone, I only will come to this shop from now on! read more

As someone who doesn't frequent, and isn't generally hip to, the 'vaping' smoke/shop world, Cloudzilla was a great place to start. The owner, Frank, was SO helpful and nice. I went in looking to buy a battery and charger for a new vape pen. He showed me several options, and explained the differences. Even after saying "ok, I'll take that one", he brought out a few others he wanted to show me, just to make sure I was making the best/most informed decision. There was so many options of every type of product in the shop, I'm not sure you'd need or want to go anywhere else. I have been in there 4 times over the last 6 weeks and no customers but me were wearing a mask any time I was there. One time the girl who works there wasn't even wearing a mask. The first time there was one customer and they weren't masked and I asked her if they let people in without masks often and she said they ask them to put them on but they don't always do it. The next time 2 customers and the employee were not wearing masks. I was just there and a man came in without a mask, the employee didn't say anything to him until I asked her if she was going to ask him to put on a mask. She did, but he replied "I come in here every day and I've never been asked to put on a mask" so they obviously aren't following the guidelines. Their cigarettes may be the cheapest in town but it's not worth dying over. I will be reporting them to the health department. read more
