We love Clover! We shopped there maybe around 4 weeks ago! And we got there for the second time today! And my girls loved the store, they loved all the cute little sunnies, the silicone little bags which we got! They also have so many brands, cute, clean and affordable brand names clothes. Which is awesome! The service was great, we got greeted by the girl on front desk, she was smiling and made us feel welcome. I also have met the Owner, she is the sweetest really! She gave my girls some gifts and the vibe i got was so nice, made me feel very welcome! Thank you for this great experience! We are definitely gonna come again and will be A Clover customer for sure! Clover is such a great addition to the community in Carytown. They do a phenomenal job at creating an environment that if mom, dad or a caretaker needs to bring kids along the kids have multiple different ways to be entertained while you shop. The selection is great and is always presented beautifully. The sales here are always AMAZING so make sure you're following their social media to stay up to date. You can also claim and pay for items if they are posted on their social media, which if you don't live super close it makes it a great option. I love how friendly the girls are here as well. The only downside for me, which I understand completely though is the buying process. I don't sell here as often as I would simply as you do have to schedule a seasonal appointment to have items looked at. Not only can you find consigned items but they also carry some new items and great add ons such as bows, headbands, little toys and etc. read more

Still loving Clover! I follow them on social media and always keep an eye out for what they have in stock. I love that they have online ordering now and that you can do free shipping or in store pickup! This is perfect for moms who love the higher quality brands, but don't want to pay the prices! I love Baby Gap, Polo, etc. for my son and they always have a great selection of neat, like new clothing that I like for him. They've really stepped their game up in terms of selection too. There is awesome inventory in every category, even maternity! This most recent visit I got an amazing polo zip up sweater for my son + a couple of Halo swaddles for less than half the original price for friends who are expecting. All of the toys are so cool and I wish I could have browsed longer. Head's up: They have a great selection of Halloween costumes! This is still one of my favorite stores for kids. read more

Quality maternity consignment is hard to find, but I've managed to find it at Clover! I've stopped in at Clover a few times through my pregnancy and always managed to find some gems! I've shopped here for 2 years. Selection is great. I came in panicked w my 3 months old in her car seat. She had spit up everywhere. I asked the sales clerk at front for wipes and she didn't have any. I then put my baby down and went to look for something to fit my her. I asked 3 times for help and never once did the clerk get up to help. I went to my baby to get her out of car seat and rather than asking if everything is okay she said there is a changing room. I had yet to change my child- just getting her out of car seat. I took my baby to bathroom to change her into what I found. Coming out I finally see an entire section of girls clothes in her size. I asked the clerk why couldn't you help me when I asked for help? I was the only customer in the store. She didn't even look up to apologize. I really wish for a shop that caters to kids that sales clerks are a little bit more understanding and helpful. I'll definitely rethink shopping here in the future. read more

This is the children's version of Clementine... This is a good place to get high end brands for cheaper, and also some staple items for a little kids wardrobe. I got my daughter a Janie and Jack silk dress for $25 (came with a little sweater- PRECIOUS) and a white cardigan for $10. I wouldn't go here for play clothes, but for nicer stuff, absolutely. It's a small store so there's not too much to look through, and it's nicely laid out. The clothing is all very clean and in good shape- no worries about stains, rips or tears. read more

I was not looking for anything when I came upon this shop after having breakfast at a nearby spot. As I prepare for my first baby in April, I have been scoping out the consignment shops around town and really enjoyed this location. Their items are well taken care of with a large selection of brand name items. Although I didn't buy anything this time I def. will be back when I do need quality kids clothing or toys. They don't have any furniture but lots of clothes, shoes, accessories, and toys. read more

LOVE this store. It's not great for everyday play clothes as most of what they stock is really high quality and from pricey name brands. They also have a limited amount of maternity clothes, kids' shoes, baby gear, and accessories. It's definitely worth a visit, especially if you like more "Southern" style clothing - I regularly see great Lilly Pulitzer, LL Bean, and Shrimp & Grits as well as beautiful knit and smocked outfits. Everything is also seems to be in VERY good condition. I will say that their customer service could be a little better. I've never been warmly (or otherwise) greeted, asked if I needed help, etc. The woman at the register wasn't rude but she definitely wasn't friendly either. I was in love with clover consignments when I first found out about them ! My daughter is a little fashionista and we enjoy finding good bargains! I consigned good brands with them and got good turnarounds. However the last couple times have been really poor ! A lot of my items seem to be donated instead of being sold . A sale associate told me that my items have all sold but I went to shop and I clearly saw my daughter clothes still hanging ! I will not consign with clover anymore but I will have to try very hard not to shop in there ! read more

As a buyer, I love the selection and quality of the clothing they carry. I will continue to support this gem of a store. As a consigner, I find their appointment system very inconvenient. Specifically, I called to set up an appointment for them to inspect my clothes, and was told that I need to phone back in one week, at which point I can set an appointment that will be at least three weeks away. Really? Seriously considering another option so I can move on with my life. read more

This review is geared mostly towards the boys' selection and the customer service. I was SO excited to drop by Clover to look for some baby clothes when I was back visiting Richmond this week after moving away, and it was kind of a let down! The girl working at the counter barely looked up and was not friendly (this was a weekday afternoon and I was the only customer, so why not make some effort?). I was looking for boy clothes but their selection was so, so small and honestly most of it was either really faded/in bad shape or just not cute (there were a couple cute classic rompers, not much selection). I know it's a consignment shop, but given that their other stores are consistently filled with high quality items, this surprised me. Also, if they don't get a lot of boy stuff on consignment why not add some more new boy options? It was just disappointing because it seemed like all girl clothes. :( I also looked at their cloth diapers, but the used options were pretty overpriced- $10 for a used thirsties cover or $22 for a used wool soaker. It was a thoroughly "meh" experience and I left empty handed. Ok, there was one romper I thought about buying but since the cashier couldn't even smile or say hello I thought better of it cause it didn't seem like she wanted my business. read more

I love this place! They have relocated to a MUCH bigger space since the last reviewer posted her review so there is a lot to choose from. I basically get almost all of my kid's clothing here because I can't swing these brands full price but secondhand, yes! Some of the brands you'll find here are Hannah Anderson, Boden, Baby Gap, Gymboree, Janie & Jack, etc. The girl selection is of course much more vast than the boy selection but that's typical of any children's clothing store (don't even get me started...) The prices are a little steep but the clothing sold here is, for the most part, in tip-top shape so I feel like it's usually worth it. read more
