This is one of the most unprofessional sales reps I've ever encountered. He has an agenda to push…read moreand push and close. He does not take the time to understand his clients concerns or needs for pushing his agenda to get you to sign with him. After he represented himself terribly on the intake call with me I text him and let him know that I would not be pursuing working with him. I gave him feedback and critique in regards to the poor quality job he did in analyzing the client's needs. He's continued to cry and complain to my girlfriend about how unfair I am and every time I have stated for him not to contact me he continues to text and email. You could not deal with a more unprofessional insurance broker. I would highly suggest reaching out to the companies directly for your insurance needs or finding a different broker to work with.

So I signed on to the DMV website and found my tags were due on 03/8/22 and to avoid the DMV long lines and frustrations local AAA branches are the way to go especially if you are a member. Since I am a member they waived the extra 10% fee they add to your charge I forget what it is called. Since I wasn't too sure I just used cash. Anywho, when I walked in I was greeted by an elderly man who asked what I was in for . I let him know to pay my DMV tags and he checked me in and informed me to wait in their waiting room. I waited for a few minutes . The waiting area was definitely quiet , clean and huge. A few minutes later my name was called and a lady helped me. I provided the necessary information for them to look up my information since I didn't have the DMV notice. My tags were about $391 this year but I am good to go for the rest of the year! Overall, I would recommend AAA whether you are a member or not you can pay your tags here and save yourself time and sanity! I would come to this location in a heart beat any day! All staff was friendly and polite and helpful.

I wanted to be independent so I decided to get my own insurance. Luckily, at the time I knew Julie through business and reached out to her. I had about a day to get insurance with my new car coming and Julie went above and beyond to make sure there were no beats skipped so it wouldn't delay the delivery of my car. It wasn't until November 2015 when my car was hit by a non-insured driver that I realized how great this agency is. I had never been in a collision and didn't know what to do. I called Julie up and she started the lengthy process and filed a claim. When it came to payment of the repairs, there was a lot of miscommunication with the repair shop and Allstate (not Bob Warner's office - but corporate) on the payment and when I called Julie to tell her what was going on, she called me back within 10 minutes telling me that my car would be ready to be picked up that afternoon. I don't do business personally with Julie anymore, but she puts 100% into her job . When she found out I moved she called to make sure everything was okay. It reassured me that switching agents was one of the best things I had done. I haven't personally worked with Bob but his staff is phenomenal and I am glad I switched agents. *Side note: My friends car got broken into and my stuff got stolen back in December 2014. Since I had renters insurance, I was able to file a claim. When I reached out to my previous agent to file a claim, he wouldn't respond. That was a huge annoyance to me and I knew I wasn't going to continue to have him as an agent when I going through the process of purchasing my new car. It wasn't until I switched agents he reached out to me saying the emails I sent were in his spam mailbox.
