They ordered the wrong lens two times, and now I have one brand in one eye, and another brand in the other. When I went in to pick up my glasses I couldn't even see out of them. Refunds take 30 days, but they took my money in less than 30 seconds. Not real sure how 2 pairs for $139 turned in to over $700. Combine that with the fact the doctor came on video for like 90 seconds to approve the "prescription" suggested by the tech, along with very strict deadlines for picking up glasses, it's best to go elsewhere. They also don't have the glasses sorted in an orderly fashion, making it unnecessarily difficult to figure out which ones are which. Short version is that it's not the worst place I've ever been, but I will not be going back.
