Wow! I recently completed a consultation in Albuquerque for braces and scheduled my appointment to begin my treatment plan. At the last minute I decided to schedule an appointment here and I am so happy that I did!!! From my initial discussion with Mercedes to my conversation with Dr. Sorensen, I was treated like a V.I.P the entire time! I was initially greeted by the Clinic Manager Christy with the warmest of welcomes! She is an absolute delight! I was handed off to Maria for X-rays and photos. She took time to explain everything she did with kindness and patience. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! The Office Manager Latricia is amazing too! I appreciate her clear and concise explanation of my treatment plan and her beautiful spirit. I felt like I was visiting with friends the entire time!!! I am looking forward to having Dr. Sorensen as my Orthodontist and completing my treatment plan at this amazing location. The ice cream offerings are a nice touch to elevate the patient experience and the power toothbrush and teeth whitening take it to a whole other level. Thank you!!! read more

Dr Farnsworth asked me to review his office and share my experience. I couldn't be happier with my experience with braces so far. From the first moment I went for my first appointment everyone was so kind and seemed genuinely excited to have me there. I had seen my two kids get braces and I had always wanted to get my teeth fixed but I was so nervous. Dr Farnsworth and his staff have made me feel so comfortable and explained every step of the process. I just got my braces a couple of months ago and my teeth are already noticeably much better. I brought my son with me to my last appointment and he had so much fun playing video games in the waiting room that he didn't want to leave! Dr. Justin Sorenson has been my son's orthodontist for the past 2 years. He has FAR EXCEEDED my expectations regarding how to best handle and treat Eli's complicated dental case. In addition to his professionalism, Dr. Sorenson truly cares about his patients and uses positive reinforcement to encourage them to wear their appliances (I NEVER had to remind Eli to wear his headgear...). More importantly, though, Dr. Sorenson has shown much care and concern for our family as a whole as we dealt with a serious medical issue a year ago. Your office staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating! They make me feel valued and appreciated. Whenever my breaks something, they get us in quickly to fix it. Even if everyone else is out of the office, Latricia met us at the office one night and fixed my son's wire so he could have a pleasant weekend.
