I own a dark blue truck which shows dirt - this place does a great job on it. Their prices are a bit high, but the wash is worth it

Very convenient location for me. There are several spots on my vehicle that consistently comes out untouched so I appreciate the damp rags so I can finish touching up in the vacuum area. I used to have the membership but can't wash frequently with my bike rack on so I switched back to one wash at a time. The windshield membership sticker is impossible to completely remove. I ended up just putting my inspection sticker over the residue so I don't have to see it. read more

Customer service is amazing. Love the interior towel and the complimentary vacuums. Wish the blow drying lasted like 10 seconds longer because I always have to dry the back of my car myself or I have water droplet marks. read more

Came here for the first time. This place just opened up recently. I usually like to wash my own car because nothing beats hand washing, but seeing a large sign stating car washes are $1, I had to take advantage. This place is pretty cool, there's a booth that you pass before entering a long tunnel with colorful lighting. You place your vehicle in neutral so the tracks can move your vehicle down automatically as the machines are doing their thing. I don't specifically know what is being put on my vehicle, but it spelt good and it came out super shiny. As you pull out, there are a bunch of stalls that you can vacuum and put air into you tire for free. They're doing a grand opening promotion that is $10 per month unlimited washes for 3 months so why take advantage. If you like it, stay, if not, simply cancel after. Their MVP washes normally go for $40 so it's definitely worth taking up the 3 months for $10 each. Checkout my pics of their brochure that specifies what they do for each wash. Staff are friendly and fast. There's a fast lane, but I don't know which membership allows you to enter that lane. The staff here is AMAZING! I had a scary moment when I accidentally locked my car with my keys and my baby inside. I immediately alerted the staff and with in 4 minutes, the manager had the fire station on their way to help me. He and the girl who worked the entrance stayed with me and kept me calm, assuring me everything was going to be okay. I don't know what I would have done without them, I was so panicked I couldn't even think straight. Once we got the car unlocked, he told me that if I needed anything to let him know!! A few weeks ago, my vehicle was damaged by the equipment at Club Car Wash and the company has refused to accept responsibility for the damage they caused. I am not one who indiscriminately posts negative reviews, but this is a truthful depiction of the damage they caused. Their equipment caused numerous scratches on my vehicle, a vehicle which I keep meticulously clean. The cost to me for repair will be considerable (one estimate is over $1800), yet Club Car Wash refuses to accept any responsibility. A technician at the company observed the scratches they caused, took pictures, and forwarded to management, but management refused to accept responsibility. The technician did not seem surprised at all by the scratches caused by Club Car Wash, but again, management would not accept responsibility. I literally had no scratches, dents, or other damage to my vehicle, a 2021 F150, but Club refused to accept responsibility for the damage they caused to my vehicle. Shady Company. Use at your own risk If they ever cause damages to your vehicle, good luck in getting them to take accountabilit. my vehicle was damaged and even with video recording it took over 2-3 months of arguing and pulling teeth for them to finally agree to pay for damages and they stick are trying to single out of paying a measly $240 buck for a rental I had while my car was in the shop. Car wash ripped off my rear windshield washer arm. This happened twice. I wasn't sure what happened but after the next time it was found inside the car wash it was definitely done there my wife had hers taken off too. The refuse to take care of it do the age of the cat. The wiper was just replaced. They claim it must jave been an installation problem. Really. My wife's was a brand new car but they said that was not there responsibility as she didn't file a claim right away. Brianna in corporate office was person I talked to. Don't go here they don't care about anything. Took several calls to finally reach a supervisor. Will be taking my cars to another car wash who will dry my car for the same price. The people who are actually providing customer service are wonderful here... BUT DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Took my car here exactly a month and a half ago( it was my first time being there as they just opened a few months prior). I get my car washed, even got the high dollar one, and I get to the vacuums and my car is SCUFFED!! In multiple spots! I made a claim right there and then!! Told me they would get to me no longer than 14 days.... a month and a half later I finally get an email basically slapping me in the face and telling me there was NO WAY their carwash could've scratch my car. Like seriously?? You never even came to SEE my car. Please save your car, money and sanity use another carwash. ANYTHING but this crappy so called company. Oh. And the only reason they got back to me, is because they were trying to start some business with my husband and he said he refused to do any business if they don't rectify their wrong doing a week ago and today I get this slap in the face. Great car wash. Cleaned my car great and didn't leave soap on it like other ones do. The 3 months for $10 is an awesome deal! Having a fast pass lane for memberships is nice. The only thing that is dumb is it's 2022, no one cares that people have tattoos or a nose piercing. They make the workers cover those all up. Really? No one cares. read more

After reading the 1-star reviews I was a little hesitant to take my brand new Honda Civic here, so I took pictures of every part of the external body before going. The current promotion for half off a monthly subscription for the first 3 months is nice, meaning the highest tier all-you-can-wash price is cheaper than the single-wash price of the same tier, so it was a no-brainer to buy the subscription and save $5 while also getting unlimited washes. With a monthly subscription you also get to take the fast lane to enter the carwash, meaning you can cut ahead of the line. I was pleasantly surprised by great service and friendly staff when I arrived. The best part was that the process didn't leave any scuffs, scratches, or damage to my car, so the pictures I took were unnecessary (at least in my case - the other negative reviews don't specify make, model, or age, so be cautious). Microfiber towels and vacuums are provided afterwards free of charge, including windex for wiping the interior side of windows. There are also spray bottles containing a variety of scents to freshen the interior. I did see plenty of other people bring their own wipes, sprays, armor-all, and other products, but the products that were provided for free were sufficient for me. The only downside is that the towels, scented sprays, and vacuum that are provided are self-service, so if you are physically unable to use them then you are out of luck (maybe you could tip a kind employee to wipe down your car). Overall a great experience and I look forward to coming here every week to wash my car. read more
