In fairness, we did attempt to resolve the matter directly with the owner, Darly, but unfortunately, no satisfactory resolution was reached. I am usually very mindful about leaving reviews, but what transpired was beyond the line of remaining silent. A veteran who served honorably in the United States Navy suffered from severe tinnitus and tragically took his own life while sitting in his cherished vehicle. His newly widowed wife was devastated, and under the guidance of her pastor, she entrusted Pittstop to repair the truck. Kathy, a grandmother in her 70s on a fixed income, clearly communicated the need to keep costs low so the vehicle could be sold. A local Ford dealership had even offered to purchase the truck after repairs. Unfortunately, Pittstop was not equipped to properly handle repairs involving fluids and stains from the accident. Instead of using specialized equipment to treat the affected areas, they opted to replace parts, resulting in a significant final bill. When the owner spoke callously about her father's blood, it deeply upset Kathy's daughter, Stephanie, paid the bill and barely made it to her vehicle before having a breakdown in the parking lot from all the pressure. She left without taking the truck. Arrangements were made to have the truck picked up and delivered to the dealership. Upon arrival, we were informed that the pickup bed was left in poor condition, covered in trash, dirt, and grime. Additionally, the driver's side carpet was unfinished, with seams mismatched and carelessly placed. All issues have been thoroughly documented. I wish that the photos could be attached to this review. Given this experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider alternative options. This ordeal has been a complete nightmare for our family. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I trust this feedback will be helpful.

    This place has absolutely TERRIBLE service. The dealership recommend I go here for my tinting since…read moreI didn't have time in Dallas. So I went to go get my tinting done and there were bubbles and scratches on the tint. Not to mention, the way they cut the tint was jagged and definitely not smooth. The OWNER, James, told me they would have enough time to do it in 2 hours and later blamed me for not giving him enough time. They also cut a piece of rubber off my car and didn't even tell me. I had to look around at the job they did and tell him, and he told me that it happens and that its cosmetic damage. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So he told me to come back and bring the car the whole day and he'll do it right. He told me to bring it in on Monday or Tuesday if I could because those were his best days. So I brought it in on Monday at 8:30 AM and he told me that his tinter wasn't there today. I brought my car back the following Friday and reminded him that the four windows needed to be done especially my driver's side because there was a big bubble in it. Right when I said that he told me he didn't want to deal with my pickyness and to take my car somewhere else and that with any tinting job there's going to be something wrong with it. WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO TAKE IT TO THIS PLACE WHEN YOU KNOW THE OWNER DOESN'T MIND THERE BEING SOMETHING WRONG WITH HIS WORK?? He did promise me before that he would do a paint sealant on my car which he kept his word on, but I was a little nervous that he would mess that up too but it turned out to look good. He also said he would get someone out here to get a quote on the piece of rubber, but by that time I had already called my dealership and arranged for them to replace it. I would've had him do it, but I just don't want to deal with him, his horrible customer service, and his terrible auto service. The owner doesn't take responsibility for his actions and treats the customer like crap. I honestly don't know how he is still in business. I've seen a few decent reviews and a few terrible ones but it seems like a toss up whether or not you'll get good service. Go at your own risk.
