I thought it was weird that they didn't have a formal changing area. Its a small room to put your things with a curtain but the curtain opens up to the studio. Its a beautiful studio I am currently a member at LifeTime fitness and they have a studio. If I lived closer to Geneva I would consider taking classes there.

You walk in, check in with front desk, put your belongings away, grab whatever materials you'll need for class that day and get settled in. No hassles. The classes are challenging but not impossible, which is exactly what I was looking for. Because of my work, I kinda just pick a day of the week that best works for me. Because of this I have had 3 different instructors and all have been phenomenal. They are patient, helpful, and knowledgeable! On my second day there, I realized that this is not a professional staff from Hospital. I looked up online and it's a subcontractor my first gym after high school. Was the pump room in Geneva. That was a 24 hour club back in 1985. And been the norm pretty much ever since not being a 24 hour club cut down on staff, but it still makes it crowded during the times that it is open. The staff seems to be more tuned to, working at a big box store than it does a facility that could have a medical emergencies at any time. Based on the previous reviews, there doesn't seem to be communication of change. I've been a member on and off for several years, and the equipment has not been upgraded. And in some categories, there's just not enough or they don't have a modern version. But it is clean and you don't have to put up, with the strange way some people act now in gyms. So those two are benefits. I just hope that if I do have a medical emergency or somebody that I love it's close enough for the hospital. Because I have zero respect for their ability to act calmly and professionally to an emergency by my experience.
