I've been a member at Beyond Measure Fitness in Naperville for few months now, and it has truly been a great decisions I've made for continuing healthier lifestyle. This isn't a glitz-and-glam gym. There are no flashy lights or influencer vibes. What you get instead is something far more valuable a healthy, structured strengthening program with real guidance to help you become a better version of yourself. It's about movement, longevity, and building strength the right way. What really sets this gym apart is the coaching staff. The coaches are consistent not rotating in and out which makes a huge difference. They know your name, your goals, your strengths, and where you need improvement. That continuity builds trust and real progress. The community is amazing. This isn't just a place to work out. Members volunteer with local pet shelters, connect outside the gym for pickleball gatherings, and host educational sessions on topics like perimenopause giving women knowledge and giving men insight so they can better support the women in their lives. The best decision I've ever made it starting to work with Beyond Measure Fitness. Every person on the team makes sure they get to know you, your strengths/weaknesses and they work hard to get you strong and healthy. Additionally, the staff cares about your diet and wellnes, etc and they provide many options to better yourself in that way. I've never felt better about myself and I know it's because I am in a very supportive environment and there is never any judgment to anyone there based on what they can or cannot do. Can't recommend highly enough! The trainers here are so helpful - adjusting anything you need while recovering from injuries. Been coming to BMFT for a month now and can say all the reviews are accurate. The coaches are friendly and want to make sure you're getting what you need out of the workout. They always ask to let them know if you want to focus on a certain area and they'll incorporate it into the small group sessions. I'm currently balancing a full-time job and an MBA program, but the location hours have made it much easier to get that early morning workout in while getting the attention and accountability I desire out of gyms. To say this place has changed my life is an understatement. I joined here in October of 2016. At that time, I was barely able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded, my knees ached regularly, and I was just generally out of shape. The BMT team worked with me and accommodated moves so I could build my strength without hurting myself along the way. They guided me on nutritional goals as well as strength and fitness goals with their wealth of knowledge, motivation, encouragement, and most of all - passion! I've progressed so much in a year and a half, and I continue to improve. The fellow gym-goers are just as supportive as the staff, and I've met some incredibly supportive people along the way. I've been working out at Beyond Measure Training (BMT) for over seven months and have lost 56 pounds (and I hope I never find them again). I've never been a fan of exercising. At all. That said, I realize that I need to invest in keeping my body in shape just like I invest in my mind, my home and anything else that I value. One phone call to BMT got me in the door with an awesome introductory membership, and one session with Steve got me hooked. I felt fine when I started but I feel so much better having worked under Steve's and Kate's guidance for the last 8-weeks. They provide a varied routine that works for each member, so there's no monotony and there's no requirement to try and keep up with someone else. It's all about me...and that can be said by each member. I could wax poetic about the deep knowledge that Steve has with his craft, or the friendly, supportive and inspirational environment that comes naturally from Steve, Kate, and every (that's EVERY) BMT member, or the convenience of the location and class schedule. This work out facility saved my life. I have been familiar with this facility for almost 5 years. I have been fighting a serious illness for three of the last five. The first two years were so good to my body that my heart, liver and lungs were able to withstand 140 bags of chemo. I give bmt full credit for making my body strong and efficient enough to endure two bone marrow transplants. I am now using them again to rebuild my strength and in just a few weeks I am feeling better. I have a long way to go but with bmt I will get there sooner. read more

I have been a member since March 2014. I can't say enough great things about this facility. Steve Hlavac is an awesome trainer. I thought as a runner, I was in decent shape, but Steve's workouts have made me so much stronger and toned! He is very cognizant of his members abilities, and uses this approach to make sure they work out smart as to not get injured. One of things I like the best is the small class approach which is for up to 4 people. This allows the classes to be more tailored and personalized. So many members have seen incredible results, including me. The atmosphere is very friendly and not intimidating at all, which makes you want to come back for more. Let's me start out by saying that BMT is awesome! There are a lot of reasons it is awesome, but I think the most important one is the sense of family at BMT. I have worked out at a few gyms over the years and i have never had so much fun while working so hard. There are no guys in spagetti strap tank tops looking at themselves in the mirror while pretending to work out. There are no women in way too tight outfits with their parts hanging out. There are just real people wanting to get in shape or stay in shape. It is a very diverse group of people with various levels of fitness and Steve and Kate make it work for everyone. I cannot say enough about BMT. I started back in November doing a 6 week challenge. From day 1, everyone was so nice, accepting, and helpful. The coaches are amazing. Where do I even start with these guys...? Steve and Kate, in addition to their amazing staff at BMT help change people's lives every day! They provide you with the knowledge, training, support and encouragement you need to obtain whatever fitness goals you may have. I started with a trial program at BMT, and transitioned directly into a 6 week fat loss challenge program. In those 6 weeks, I lost 18.1 lbs and 6.4% body fat. It was incredible. I went into the challenge with the attitude of "There's no way I'll be able to do this," and through their encouragement and support, I stuck to the program almost perfectly, and got the results I was looking for.
