I really wanted to like this place because the instructors and classes are genuinely good, but the business practices were extremely disappointing. It's consistently difficult to get into classes, and the scheduling system feels unreliable. What bothered me most was the way fees and cancellations are handled. The cancellation fees are very high, and when I tried to cancel my membership, I felt like they were pushing extra charges and making the process unnecessarily difficult. It came across as the business trying to gouge me on the way out, which left a really bad impression. The quality of teaching is there, but the overall management made the experience far more stressful than it should be. I can't recommend it based on how the business side is run. read more

I've been attending Pilates classes at Club Pilates since April 2023 as a person who had not done Pilates with a reformer bench. I've progressed over the last two and a half years to taking level 1.5 classes in the last month December 2025. Although I took a six-month break for SLEEVE surgery in January 2025 and focusing on losing 90 lbs with five times a week aqua aerobics, I'm happy to be back with the great instructors and front-end staff who are so helpful. My balance is improving already and it's most important at 69 years old. read more

I adore club Pilates! I'm an unlimited member now, I'm there at least three times a week and I love it! The instructors are approachable and helpful and know their stuff, the equipment is well maintained and the studio is clean and tidy. Overall, amazing! Friendly atmosphere and pilates equipment is brand new bc the studio is new! I like the key card for badging in for your class when you arrive at the front desk. The front area where you put your belongings, shop, and check in is a very tight space. They have a water fountain up front. Bathroom in the back doesn't include a shower like some workout studios. Each instructor has a very different teaching and class style, which I can appreciate! They have lots of class times each day, which is very accommodating for a variety of schedules. I will say, they "require" that you have grip socks. I was required to buy some in store when I forgot mine but had regular socks on. But, I was disappointed to see that several members had regular socks on during class. If you have this rule and make me buy socks, please enforce and be consistent with everyone. I wish I didn't have to buy the socks in the first place. read more

Club Pilates is definitely a must-know workout spot here in Eugene. All of the staff were extremely sweet and easy to work with and presented a feeling of inclusiveness as soon as we came in the door. Sarah, our instructor, was so fun and pushed our members of the University of Oregon CHAARG group through the F.I.T. workout. It was many of our members' first time trying pilates, and Sarah was the perfect instructor to introduce us to it. It was honestly a blast! I've been working out at the Eugene Club Pilates for almost exactly two years. The staff are friendly and helpful, the instructors are excellent, the facilities and equipment are immaculate and in perfect condition, and I have never once been bored in a class. While we often repeat the same sequences of types of exercises, they are never exactly the same. There are different classes, too, so a class one day could be absolutely different in format and intensity from the one I took on another. I've attended over 340 classes (and I took six and a half months off for surgery), so you can see how addictive this program can become! read more

I first joined Club Pilates in January, starting with 1 class a week and felt so good after a class that I upgraded my membership to twelve classes a month. Taking more classes brought such rapid gains and feelings of well-being that I recently upgraded to unlimited. The instructors are friendly and professional, they care about your safety and take time to help you meet your goals once they get to know you. I love the variety of the exercises and that you can grow. I love to be challenged. There are different levels so you can be comfortable when you are a beginner, then the sky is the limit! With the unlimited membership, I am exploring different instructors and classes in varying time slots and couldn't be happier. I look forward to every class and am now attending 5-6 classes a week. I cannot recommend Pilates and Club Pilates in Eugene enough. read more
