Check in was smooth, but booking as a first timer felt like a bit of a choose your own adventure situation. I saw an $8 option, a $15 option, and then a very confident "first class free" sign when I arrived. I ended up calling and honestly, problem solved. The staff was super friendly, patient, and got everything sorted without any stress. I took the heated Hardsculpt class and wow... immediately humbled. It is HOT , the kind where you are sweating within minutes and quietly questioning your life choices. There is a good amount of choreography which kept me on my toes, but it was a solid sweat and still felt doable with modifications. The instructor was fantastic. Clear cues, great energy, actually present before and after class, and the music made you want to keep going even when your body was negotiating otherwise. They are generous with amenities too. Showers, a wild number of lockers, all first timer equipment was ready to go for me in a locker ( loveeee) so I can just show up and not think, and I have never in my life seen mat sanitizer machines hanging in a yoga lobby but now I am wondering why every studio does not have them! What really stood out was the community. It felt welcoming, organized, and like people genuinely wanted to be there. A good mix of ages and experience levels which I always appreciate. I personally lean toward darker, moodier studios with mirrors, so the bright open space and no mirrors took a second to adjust to, but that is just preference, not a flaw. Only thing to note, they are not on ClassPass App,which might be a miss for travelers trying to drop in. Overall, beautiful studio, strong workout, great people, and you will absolutely sweat. I would definitely come back when I am in the area.

I took a mat Pilates sculpt class in the infrared room (heated to a casual 92 degrees (you're gonna sweat your ass off) Absolute ass kicker and I loved it . You can modify and go at your own pace, but don't come in thinking this is a light stretch and vibe situation. The reformer room is warm too, just not infrared. Also, the space? Stunning. Candlelit, Himalayan salt wall arches, perfectly organized equipment -- it's giving fitness cathedral and I'm here for it.The music is loud and the playlist was amazing . I didn't have any issues hearing instructor , her mic was also loud and clear . Logistics: no showers and parking is... a bitch . Plan ahead. They do validate, but the lot is crazy and currently under construction in front ( you actually enter through the back part of building) . That said, the plaza is worth exploring everything , coffee, vintage, food, all the things. Lockers, rentals, water, and dangerously cute merch are all covered. Bonus points for a genuinely diverse crowd and men and women, which I love. Jungle is officially on my favorites list. Pro tip ; If you have knee & wrist issues like myself ,bring a cushion.

This is one of the nicest Planet Fitness locations I've experienced. There are lots of different workout machines and separate areas. I also love that I can use their self locking locker since I usually forget to bring my own lock. I got the "black card" plan, so I also have access to 2 different types of massage chairs and an infrared room. They host some basic group strength training and stretching classes. I appreciate that because I enjoy group training a little more than just training by myself. So far, everything is clean and neat (fingers crossed that it stays that way). Currently, this spot is also adequately staffed (again fingers crossed). Plenty of parking, a spacious clean, well laid out gym, friendly staff, a nice app, and lots of other amenities - I'm in!

No empathy. Just a robotic "sorry, policy is policy" while she stared at me like I had personally ruined her week. Rules are one thing, but human decency? Apparently optional. If you're looking for an experience that combines inflexibility, rudeness, and a total lack of emotional intelligence -- look no further. It is currently week 4 and I feel amazing!! Coming here is the highlight of my day, and I look forward to coming in, seeing new friends, and being pushed to greatness by the instructors and team. All of the instructors are educated, carry their own strengths, and create workouts that are challenging, doable, and that produce results! I have a zeal for coming to the gym that I never had before. I have seen the results since day 1, starting with my energy and mindset shifts, and then in no time the inches and lbs began to shed. I love that when I come here, they know me and call me by name, we interact and push one another to go above and beyond, and anytime I have a question - all of the staff are able and willing to answer. After your first day, you will feel like a part of a family of familiar and genuine people who want to see you win. Everyone is cheering you on, and pushing you to your fullest potential, and in the process your are building bonds and creating friendships. It is true that "in these four walls your life will change" and I am grateful that I invested in myself and trusted them on that promise. I won't stop until I reach my goal. I drove by this location and was familiar with them as I had looked into it several years ago but was unable to commit. Now that I had the time to commit a d the drive to lose the weigh I jumped at the opportunity and signed up for the 6 week 20lb challenge. I hit the mark and am rolling over to continue to lose some more weight and continue with a healthier lifestyle. I feel great and seeing everyone in the classes working hard towards the same goals motivates you to continue, to want to come to class even when you might feel like passing that morning. Put in the work and the dedication and don't make any excuses and you too can lose the weight. No surgeries needed, just hard work, drive and determination and you too can't get to your goal. I'm weeks away from hitting 47 and several years ago I was weighing over 300lbs and didn't think I'd ever get to where I am now. All you have to do is get up and put in the work.

Pav yogas classes are small and it's very intimate but not intimidating. Everyone I have brought has been overwhelmed in her teaching techniques and the unique little studio in historical building down town Weatherford. It's just the right temperature and the class ends with a clean cool washcloth on your forehead during Shavasana. Loved it! Can't wait to come back.
