Clean, minimalist studio - TONS of extra activities if you're so inclined. I can usually get in and out of a training session in a little over an hour. After 3 months I feel fantastic! Become more aware of my activity level and the amount of food I am eating. It's not a pressure environment, I really feel like my best interests are being tended to. Not the least expensive place to work out, but as the saying goes: you get what you pay for.

I have tried working out on my own, local fitness centers, Zumba, and cross fit to try and find the right exercise program for me, but I never lasted more than 9 months any where else. Not only is Jazzercise a great aerobic workout, but also added strength training and stretching for a complete workout. The music is current with new routines every couple of months to keep things fresh. This is NOT the program from the 80's, no leotards or leg warmers here!

I typically receive acupuncture from Mayo Clinic in Arizona and Kate took the time to read the notes from my usual provider so she was well prepared for my appointment. It was a great experience. The spa is well structured for acupuncture -- heat lamps are available and they have a "panic" button you can press if you need help during your treatment. I highly recommend Kate, she's very knowledgeable and gentle. Masks are required. Tips are not accepted.

The gym room upstairs is small, but there are plenty of things in it. Also upstairs is a hangboard with a book that has routines to follow. They have different style yoga classes almost every day. I went during a day when school was out for break, so there were a TON of kids there by the time I was done climbing, but everyone did a good job of taking turns and not hogging walls, so I was still able to get plenty of climb time in. You don't have to pass a belay test before using the auto-belays, just watch an instructional video on how to use them. Staff is available to show you how to partner belay if you'd like.
