When I first made the phone call the gentleman who answered was very polite and professional. He gave me a quote over the phone, and when the job was done the actual bill did match what he quoted over the phone. Huge bonus points right there right off the bat for quoting appropriately for the job and sticking to the quote. The two gentlemen who actually performed the moving service for me did call a half hour ahead to arrival as promised to let me know they were on their way and would arrive on time. I had to move a leather couch, a leather loveseat, and a leather recliner. I was pretty nervous because the folks who were helping me move before for free just friends... We're pretty baffled at how to take my furniture apart. I did ask over the phone if they knew how to take these kinds of couches apart and the gentleman on the phone assured me they do this all the time and they totally know what they are doing. Well when the two movers showed up he was absolutely right they were completely professional about taking my couch apart! I was proper impressed at how easily they dismantled it. They even wrapped it with lots of saran wrap to protect it from the moving truck. I was pretty grateful about this because the thought of my nice leather rolling around in a dirty truck was not too keen in my mind. Once we arrived at the location they set up my couches and made sure that everything worked properly with the electrical parts. They were also super patient about helping me lay out my living room with my furniture. I really just can't say enough nice things about this company and the service they provided to me. I decided to go with them because they had really good reviews compared to other companies that do not have such great reviews. I can tell you from my own personal experience that this company does live up to the hype. They do a lot more than just furniture moving. And I'm pretty sure we're going to hire them to do some junk removal once we pare down and eliminate things we no longer need. I'm truly amazed by Clutter Brothers. When I got in touch with them on Yelp a few weeks ago about moving my warehouse inventory, Chris from Clutter Brothers was one of the few who responded promptly. After discussing the job and sharing photos, I paid the deposit and secured my spot on their schedule. The day before the move, they called to confirm, and 30 minutes before they arrived, they gave me a heads-up call. When Ray and his crew got there, they immediately started working and efficiently moved everything from the warehouse. Despite my worries about moving everything up the stairs at the new place, they did it all without any trouble. They even took care of some empty pallets for me.
