Juan was very responsive and gave a fair quote, so combined with the many positive referrals we hired him to replace our old roof. They started our roof on a Monday and finished on Friday - turns out we actually had 2 roofs they had to tear off which turned it into a much larger job, especially considering one side of our roof is steeply sloped. All of the workers were friendly, helpful and did a great job. They arrived about the same time each morning and worked hard all day. We had a hard time choosing a roof color (they use GAF Timberline RS) and we ended up going with Sagewood. We are so pleased with our new roof and how Juan and his team went above and beyond to do a great job. We highly recommend them.

I talked to someone who said they'd call me back about coming out for a quote. A week later, after no return call, I called again and Eric came out the next day for a quote. The price was reasonable, so I said yes right away. We were having the house painted so it would be a few weeks until we would have them out. I called when we were ready to go. I had to call several times because no one ever returned any of my calls. When someone finally answered the phone they said they could come out the next day to take down the old gutters before the house was painted. No one showed up. I called to find out what happened and left voicemail. No one returned my calls, so I finally took the downspouts down myself. I called them back a couple days later letting them know the painting was complete and ready for them to install the gutters. They said they'd come out the following week (Tuesday at 9am). I was there, but no one showed up. I called several times that morning and left voice mail. Finally around noon, I called again and someone answered. He said that he was out of town and would have to check and find out what was going on. No one ever got back to me. I found someone else to do the work.
