What really prompted me to write this review is his comment that he won't leave his driveway without a $100 service call. I already agreed to pay $395 for a full roof maintenance service, which should include inspecting the roof for any issues. Asking for an additional fee on top of that feels like he's trying to take advantage. Proper maintenance work should uncover problems without a separate service call charge. Overall, I wouldn't recommend him if you value honesty, transparency, and respect for your time.

Work was scheduled two days after the contract was signed (6/17/26). The job included cleaning flashes and removing debris in valleys and roof-to-wall areas, replacing 4 broken tiles, replacing dry rotted plywood and fascia boards, and extending a downspout. The roof technicians Enrique (completed the majority of the work), and Tyler and Johnathan (wrapped up the remaining work - downspout) worked diligently in hot summer weather and completed quality work. Everyone I had contact with including the office personnel (Jennay) and estimate technician (Dustin) were courteous, polite and helpful in answering my questions. I was also appreciative that the company owner (Michael Davis) was very kind not charging extra for minor work. I won't hesitate to contact this company for any future roof needs.
