She is willing to run necessary tests or anything that you ask her to run. She will look into whether your insurance will cover it, etc and code it as necessary. Her office keeps you notified for when you are due for an appointment, etc. I am 23yrs old and have had the same problems my entire life and it was not until I visited Dr Aldrich that she ran diagnostics and actually found what was wrong with me. I love her and will not be changing doctors any time soon. They open early, you can get an appointment at 7:30am and they even have some Saturday hours. They are a small practice and they definitely put their patients first.

They wanted to give me prolia shots, which I need, but they wanted ME to buy the medicine and bring it in, Which would cost me $1000. If they bought the medicine it would cost me $25 dollars. They were totally unsympathetic to this. They also denied renewing a prescription for Lexapro, which caused me to have some fairly serious withdrawal complications. My family members and other elderly patients that were patients for years had to find another PCP instantly! She has the best bedside manor, she is respectful and she's a great listener. She is unbelievably great with children. My son has never once cried while she was giving him his shots. Everything is exceptionally clean and all the rooms have fun different themes. They even have a special exam room for kids that have all kinds of toys for them to play with while your waiting. I've been with Dr. Arnold for 24 years and for the majority of the time, she has had the same staff. Recently a few members of the staff have been replaced with new people. I have not been impressed. Many of them are unprofessional with a lack of manors. However, Tom is great. He's quick, to the point, friendly, polite and professional. I always schedule my son and my appointments early and we are seen on time. If you are an established patient, you will find the open clinic to be helpful if you need to be seem right away. I cannot confirm the time/dates. I always avoid scheduling my appointment around that time, as the office becomes very busy and I experience a long wait.

I have been a patient of Dr. Berlando for 15 plus years and have never witnessed any of the behavior referenced by the anonymos review. He and his staff have allways been kind, caring and co-operative. They have on many occasions worked me in for appointments on a moments notice, (recently 15 mins...) I have never had to wait for any length of time to be seen and have received competent, professional care. I would reccomend Dr. Berlando and his office with confidence.

Labor and delivery was an emotional and intense process, but the nurses made me feel supported, safe, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. My nighttime labor and delivery nurse, Kasey, was absolutely amazing. She was calm, attentive, compassionate, and exactly the kind of nurse you want by your side during such a vulnerable time. During the day, Julie took over and was just as incredible kind, reassuring, and always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening. Postpartum care was just as wonderful. The nurses went above and beyond to help me recover and feel confident as a new mom. They never made me feel rushed or like a burden and always took the time to answer questions and offer support. This was such a positive and memorable experience, and I'm so grateful to the labor, delivery, and postpartum teams especially Kasey and Julie for making such a big moment in my life feel so safe and supported. I would absolutely recommend this hospital to anyone preparing to give birth. After my son was born and got moved to postpartum Kasey even came up to check on us and see my son and my nursery nurses Kelly and Lauren were just as Amazing and made sure we were understood and heard when needed

Please beware of the medical malpractice you may be subjected to by Dr. Folake Familusi…read more In August of 2025, I was prescribed Levofloxacin as a second option to treat a mild UTI. I was not informed of the risks associated with this medication, I was not advised to take precaution or to even communicate with my doctor if side effects occurred. I was not supervised for the 3 days I took Levofloxacin. Baylor Urgent Care in Mesquite did not check in on me. I experienced 3 days of insomnia, tendon pain which caused me to injure my wrist from listing up clothes, constant diarrhea. I also experienced hallucinations and extreme anxiety- anxiety that lingered for months. The effects of Levofloxacin caused a huge toll on my life, as the antibiotic resistance it caused made me the constant struggle to be cured from the UTI, due to being constantly switched from different antibiotics. It also caused me to not be able to walk for weeks from the pain in my leg's tendons, resulting in me having to quit my job. I also spent a lot of money on doctor's visits, medications, ER visits, therapy visits and even an ambulance, due to being prescribed such a harsh antibiotic without any warning. The effects of Levofloxacin also caused a huge strain on my mental health, after instantly giving me symptoms of anxiety once I started taking it. These symptoms lasted months and consisted in doctor visits, crisis hotline calls, and medication to repair the effects it gave me such as suicidal ideations, panic attacks, constant anxiety attacks, nightmares, and memory disruption. The lack of care from the provider who prescribed me Levofloxacin during the 2 minutes she took to see me, without warning nor informing me of risks, was completely negligent and caused a lot of damage onto me and my health.

After the birth of my 6 year old, I had horrible sciatica that effected my activity level and left me in a great deal of pain. Dr. Boone is a DO instead of an MD. This means he is more into natural healthcare. He did an adjustment on my low back much like a Chiropractor and the pain I had dealt with for over 8 months instantly disappeared. He is caring, funny and very easy to talk to. I always felt like he had the very best interest of his patients in heart.
