Living far away from my mother, she sent me pictures and it appeared that all she really needed was the actual hanging of the door. Her friend did a lot of work installing the track, but the door was heavy unfortunately and his back gave out on him towards what he thought was the end stages of the project. I called King of Kings Service, and Israel said he could swing by and finish handing the door the next day. He quoted a very reasonable fee as well! Well, unbeknownst to us, Israel walked into a bigger mess than we had thought. The track wasn't hung correctly as thought, so he had to come back out and spent a great deal more time than expected. My mom is on a fixed income, but Israel worked with her on the final cost of the project, and my mom couldn't be more happy with Israel or the new barn door he installed for her closet! In addition, we wanted plants that would help pollinator populations by providing sustenance with flowers. Eli and his crew spent 3 days clearing out the planter beds, applying fertilizer, planting beautiful desert plants, laying down weed barriers, and applying a stone layer topped with boulders between plants. Cacti, Agave, Ocotillo and succulents. They performed amazing work resulting in a beautiful yard. The cost was quite reasonable. The plants were 1-gallon plants at best, maybe 10 plants. His idea of two sections with some rock was just dumped rock with a few plants in it. You would be lucky to find the plants in all the dumped rock. I now have to find another landscaper to fix the BIG MESS. I will be very careful to interview landscapers to fix this. I would NOT recommend this company for your sprinkler repairs. Their prices are reasonable but…read moretheir customer service is horrible. A rough estimated repair week will provided and then they just show up and perform the work unannounced and then leave the job site. A bill will then be emailed and texted to you. The work was not verified to have fixed the problem so I had to call them back to fix the leak. They came back and fixed it, so I then paid the bill through "Intuit", the service that they use for payment. I received a paid in full confirmation so I thought everything to be good. One week later I get a call from them saying that the payment did not go through and that I now owe a $45 cancellation fee. I tried disputing this with supervision, but the $45 was more important to receive than a happy repeat customer. Some things just totally defy logic. Why would you charge your customer for a payment processing error and then verbally state that is more important then gaining more business and a future date.
