Called and explained that my garage door stopped working when I got home. It was a Friday evening…read morebut still within their work hours. I didn't know if it would be too late to get anyone to fix it or getting someone to at least get it closed. I'm disabled so I'm not able to operate it manually. I had someone at my front door within 30 minutes or less! Very quick to respond and he had the part so he fixed it so I didn't have to wait until after the weekend to have it operating! The first time they came, they figured out that the garage door operator had to be replaced altogether (likely because of a power outage due to weather). They say they call beforehand, but the second time they came back to fix our doors there was no warning call, so I'm glad I was home! The gentleman who helped us the 2nd time wasn't as friendly, but got the job done quickly! We we're charged for any of the services, which was so nice! Happy to continue using C&R!

We'd told them what we had & Justin arrived with replacement that fit to existing ceiling tracts. Installed new wall "clicker" & made sure my vehicle "sinked" with new unit. Justin loaded up all old parts & all other trash from new unit installation, we paid with check & Justin left at 11:30. All is working perfectly!
