The first time they came, they figured out that the garage door operator had to be replaced altogether (likely because of a power outage due to weather). They say they call beforehand, but the second time they came back to fix our doors there was no warning call, so I'm glad I was home! The gentleman who helped us the 2nd time wasn't as friendly, but got the job done quickly! We we're charged for any of the services, which was so nice! Happy to continue using C&R!

Already had work scheduled rest of that week, so Eddie explained how to use door manually. Made appt for Monday 2/23, 9-11. Justin arrived a bit after 10 & got to work. We'd told them what we had & Justin arrived with replacement that fit to existing ceiling tracts. Installed new wall "clicker" & made sure my vehicle "sinked" with new unit. Justin loaded up all old parts & all other trash from new unit installation, we paid with check & Justin left at 11:30. All is working perfectly!
