Moved to area and wanted to "sign on" with a good company for my HVAC needs. I indicated that they…read morewould get all of my business - 2 new systems, mini splits for the third floor, etc. A valued customer by any other name and should have been to this outfit. They failed to come through when I needed them most. Turned on A/C for first time and there was nothing but hot air. Sent a belligerent man out that was crabby, came into the wrong gate after I left instructions not to use the back gate due to dogs and when I asked him to go back out and come around to other gate, he simply refused and wanted to argue about it. Couldn't believe it! He was not professional and was very sarcastic. It was 95 degree day and I was without A/C. I operate a business in my home, have pets in the home and I expressed that I needed to simply have them put the new systems in. He said it would be 4-6 weeks. I stated that wouldn't work at all. Funny that the office had all of the paperwork from the origin of the leak that they diagnosed the prior fall when I moved in, yet they sent this guy out who didn't know squat. He called his boss while I waited and then said he would get back to me. They never called, never followed up and I was left without A/C. Luckily I discovered the company I had done business with in the other state I lived in and that they had an office in this area (I had no idea they did business in this area, but was thrilled). They promptly came out, filled my condenser with 8 pounds of Freon FREE OF CHARGE so I was not without air and they are putting the new systems in. Smith missed the opportunity to have a great customer and to think that I still have the systems on the third floor to put in at a later date. Any business would value a customer like this. Smith just walks away and leaves you with no A/C during sweltering temps for over two weeks straight. Is this the HVAC company you want to rely on for your heating and cooling needs? I think not!

When amounts have commas in it I like to make sure I'm not getting ripped off. Ryan comes over I explain the situation I was having. He went through what he would look for and why he was doing it. It took him 3 seconds to find an issue with plumbing work I already had done. The brand new pipe that the other company had installed was not even attached!! He told me to call them up and I did. I was Out of my element with this request!! Well truth be told I was scared because they see people who don't know anything About plumbing a mile away!! Same way at the car dealership when you get your car worked on!! Ryan took over like we were family. He told them they had to make it right. He said you could see the pipe was not attached and you just left it. He handled them like a pro. Actually thought I was watching a superhero movie!! I was the damsel in distress and Ryan was Spider-man!!! He did not have to do that, he explained to them how to fix it the right way!!!! Then here comes Scott!! This man right here is AMAZING!! He watched them work, checked there work before they left to make sure they did it correctly. He is a wizard. He spoke to me like I did not deal with plumbing on an everyday basis . He broke it down, where I could understand what was going on!! He also made sure that I did not pay for service to be done right! He used the camera, showed me the problem!! He did not try to sell me anything. Gave me cheeper options and also said if I did not choose the company that's fine, he said that I could call him to inspect the work when it was done!! He just wanted to make sure that the problem was taken care of and I was treated like family!! I felt like they cared, I felt like they wanted to make sure the problem was fixed and I was happy weather I went with them or not!! I will tell you right now Scott should be over other worker bees. His knowledge and the way he speaks to you so that you understand exactly what's going on was amazing!! I will tell you right now if you go dollar general and buy a washcloth and it breaks down in a month or so then you have to go buy another, but if you spent a little more and bought a better washcloth and it lasts for years, you got your money's worth. I feel like every penny I spent today was worth it!!! Since they left I made sure that 15 people so far had there number. If you are thinking about this company you will not be sorry!!! I have not been so satisfied where I have given this big of a compliment in over 10 years!! Call them for your needs you will not be sorry. Also, I called the owner to tell him about the worker bees, he was so delightful. This company is amazing!! I will be telling everyone about my experience!! Also, for all you single ladies, older ladies this is the company you want. Wayne was recommended to me over fifteen years ago and has always provided expert service. The first effort was in an older (1920s) Federal Hill, Baltimore Row House. It was a very old unit needing repair. Wayne repaired it and got it running in a very short time. More recently Wayne repaired my Sister's unit and got her HVAC running quickly and at a reasonable cost. Most recently I had a Warning that my Controller could not communicate with the Blower. A Blue Dot Service came to the house, turned off the power, then told us we needed a blower, cooling unit, wire harness, new compressor and perhaps other elements - SOOOO we might as well buy a new complete system. AND he just happened to know a Rep that could give me a quote. They tried to sell us a 12-20 THOUSAND DOLLAR SYSTEM. I called Wayne, he found a defective wire harness and repaired it for $300. You can BOTH TRUST and AFFORD Wayne's support. (By the way - you cannot diagnose a system with the power off.) If you are a Senior and on a fixed income like us, YOU NEED to call Wayne, he can be trusted.
