I left more than one message and ALL of them were just ignored for no reason whatsoever. When we spoke on the phone everything was fine - he just isn't reliable. At the time of the phone call, he also said it might be several weeks before he could "fit me in" after the estimate (that never happened) so there are multiple reasons to avoid this guy.

I'm not sure if the grounds guys is legit. I have called Mr. handyman for a handyman project recently and the price was almost $200 just for a one hour. That is outrageous.
