I had Physical Therapy for my r/hip and l/ knee and the therapist was knowledgeable about each surgery and helped me if I needed help, they are there to assist you and show you what you need to do at home. I am disabled, and hate it!!! I have been going to this place for yrs. For the awful pain I am going through, my si joint has been a real bad nightmare!!!!! And none of the experts I have seen, that they are supposed too be Expèrts??? shot after shot , did I say shot!!! No simplicity, Or even listening too my so true symptoms I have had for 15 yrs. I came here with my cousin to get some images done. These are the worst rudest people and this is why people think that people in Dakota dunes are prejudice. I find this disturbing somebody comes here. They're already hurt. They don't need you being rude. I don't recommend the CNOS in Dakota dunes. I go the one out by the mall and they're the sweetest people and they're very respectful and very kind. I do not recommend this place. It is ridiculous with their customer service and maybe they need to work on how to treat people and have some compassion otherwise they're in the wrong field. read more

Dr. Carrow is an awesome surgeon. He listens to his patients and was very knowledgeable about my concerns for which he made sure to address at my visit. Scheduling my procedure was fast, easy and his staff was timely in getting me in/out for all of my appointments. My recovery time was short and I was back to work quickly. A lot of that was due to my physical condition and living a healthy lifestyle (thanks coach Paxton). However, the skill of the physician truly shines through as well and I could not be more pleased! By reading the last review, I believe they DO INDEED DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PEOPLE ON MEDICAID! My Doctor, however, was Dr. He. *this review is my review copied and pasted from google* Dr. He is rude, impatient and doesn't listen to your concerns! What a waste of time and money! She acted like I was wasting HER time! She literally did NO testing. She didn't even examine me! I *TRIED* to tell her all the symptoms I have been having for months and she wasn't the least bit concerned. It's like she didn't even want to hear me. I didn't even get to tell her what has been going on with me! The only thing I could get out was "heart palpitations" I waited 4 months to see a neurologist, just to be "referred" to a cardiologist!! I ALREADY SEE A CARDIOLOGIST! I am BEYOND upset, I literally walked out crying. I am not happy! I found other reviews on other websites that I am not the only one she has done this to! 4 months, 4 MONTHS OF WAITING IN AGONY OVER MY SYMPTOMS HOPING TO GET CLOSER TO ANSWER JUST TO LEAVE IN TEARS. Do not go to CNOS if you have Medicade. I went to an appt today because I need a hip scope. The Dr was Dr Bissill. He was very rude to me. Said the 40% of the time the surgery doesn't work so he wouldn't do it. He even mentioned the doctor that referred me was wrong on reading my MRI. Which he wasn't. I reported him to my doctor that referred him and I am getting a second opinion. It can be fixed I was told and he just didn't want to deal with me because I was on Medicade. I asked him so I'm just going to limp around for the rest of my life? He said there's nothing anyone can do. Broke my heart. No good bedside manner. I'm reporting him to the state of Iowa. Update: I searched the Internet on hip scopes. He told me I would have to have my hip dislocated to fix my floating cartilage. No that's not what a scope is. It's just like a knee scope. The SOB lied to me. And it's a 4 hour surgery... Wrong again! He was discriminating me because I had Medicade and Medicare. I can't wait to report him to the state of Iowa. read more
