The owner accused me of phishing them and ignored my calls to explain that the pictures and list of items was being firewalled. Owner then was semi-combative. I tried sending them via personal email but the damage was done. The business owner does not know how to properly communicate and made false accustations about my intentions on work during the estimate process. This gentleman needs to take a course on customer interactions. Be wary of this person.

For the bathroom, he was very thorough in asking us questions and making suggestions, but not being pushy. Very pleasant to talk and work with. After 4 different contractors we eventually chose a different one based on what we felt was the best fit. Jim gave reasonable prices and even caught a potential issue two of the other contractors missed. He followed up when we told him we were expecting to make a decision and didn't get mad when I informed him we had not chosen his company. We had a great conversation with him after we gave him the bad news and he was understanding. We will definitely keep his number handy for future projects.

They did all the plumbing, electrical and tile work in the bath that I had planned using ADA recommendations. They also raised the floor in the laundry room to make it level with the kitchen floor, thus removing accidents waiting to happen.
