The reasons for working here should be collaboration that spawns innovation between different people in a network. Imagine working with and besides the people you'd love to network with. Besides from the lacklustre approach to the space, they do offer some events to the public and members to the space, which are in and around business acumen and social/tech trends. The space is available for people on a daily rate, and monthly rate, with discounts to additional bulk purchases. There are no coffee shops within a 10 minute walk, and there's no coffee within the establishment, which makes for a relatively horrible working environment - can't imagine doing more than half a day without the caffeine in my blood.

One of the major costs for start ups is rent - and that's where coworking spaces become really handy. Positioned on Harris street, across from Ian Thorpe swimming pool, Vibewire offers a place for social entrepeneurs to set up shop. Sometimes its for a day, perhaps for a week, others can stay for years as their business's begin to grow. Having worked in Vibewire I can tell you it's great. There's a lot of benefits to sharing a space - besides just having a "work office" you can find new work colleagues, collaborate on projects or even have a few after work drinks. There are quite a few eateries in walking distance, may I suggest Harris street cafe (across the road) and Le Depot (2 mins walk away). You hire a desk which comes with internet, use of the tea/ coffee facilities and "board room" desk. There's a great young vibe and really funky aesthetics.... I would definitely recommend this to any person trying to start up their own business. My only problems about Vibewire is 1) Lack of parking -and the parking officers in this area are mean.... 2) No privacy - sometimes you want to hide behind a door and not be heard.... Vibewire doesn't really offer that. Good luck on your start up/ new idea - I hope you become the next Zuckerberg.
