Calling the office, the lady was very helpful and explained the type of glass required given it was glass below waist height. Simple and informative conversation. Price given. I was given a time frame of 8am to 12 noon with a call to be made with a 1/2 hour notice. Call came in before 8am and Chris arrived as he said. Chris explained how he would do the job and set up in front of my house. He cleaned up perfectly. The process was easy and quick. I recommend this company and I will use them again.
