I booked 2 van taxis a week in advance prior to our flight as we were a lot of us traveling. We…read morewere told no problem at all, I even confirm the day before to make sure..again.."no problem mam, we will be there". Day arrived, no taxis showed. I called them and said "im sorry mam, im doing my best but I cant guarantee taxis to your place, everyone is busy". We rushed to grab Uber but the amount of people we were and luggage, nobody would take us. I got an uber with someone else and out as much luggage as possible. The rest of the family had to go and park at the airport for 1.5 weeks or else we would of all missed our flight. Extremely unprofessional, NOT reliable, I dont recommend at all!! If I can give zero stars I would.

Unreliable. We had…read morebooked a trip to the airport weeks in advance (and even got an email confirmation), but when it was time for them to pick us up, nobody showed up! We called, and were told that there was no car available. We nearly missed our international (and expensive) flight because of them, but luckily their competitor was able to get us to the airport within minutes of calling them. Guess we learned our lesson!
