Is there anything more fun than exploring a grocery store in a different country?! We've come here…read moreover the years and it's just getting better. I loved the local dairy options (hello, infused butter!), as well as the local meats, bone broth, and super interesting baby pouch flavors. I also love that my favorite chocolate is sold here - Hu. Prices are reasonable, the staff are always nice, and there's a big section of clothes, home goods, and books that always has good and affordable options too.

The staff have always been helpful, even when it is very busy. Not a great store for getting discounted food as it moves through the store too quickly, so if you like getting reduced finds go elsewhere. Has a good selection of Halaal and other international foods. Parking is generally quite easy to find and the majority of their trolleys actually seem to work! Also conveniently located next to a Lidl.

Great store, great prices and great quality…read more Conveniently located opposite Sainsbury's (another grocery store), so if you can't get what you need here you can pop in there. Parking is always available and helpful staff. They also do special items, either seasonal or anything trending at the time. These are always of great quality I have found and brilliantly priced. They do electronics too, and these always come with a nice guarantee to provide more confidence when purchasing items. One star short due to the Covid19 measures which could be enforced more and made stricter. It gets far too busy here and I have seen many people not adhering to the social distancing. They have security, so why not monitor the customers distance more during these times? They have sanitising stations located at the front of the store before entering and trolley wipes etc. They do not have speciality items or stock everything, but what they do have is good.

When I used to shop at the near by sainsbury I would always first come into Lidl and see what they had on offer that week, the products are constantly changing as they get different special from different suppliers. Quality of food and produce is generally quite high considering they are a cheap store. Do always compare prices as sometimes they are actually more expensive than competitors.

Farmfoods sell an assortment of frozen foods including meat, vegetables and various other groceries. Though there is not too many staff in there but we get a very good and quick service. There is not a long wait at checkout. The bargains are great a bit similar to Lidl, but mainly in frozen section. I do look for ongoing offers on icecreams, ready to eat food items before going to any other shop. In our area we regularly get the money off coupons to use in farmfoods, which is generally £2.50 off £25 spend, so that's even 10% off on top of their great bargains.

It is opposite Furzefield Leisure Centre and near to the Cranborne Industrial Estate so very handy for locals. They sell sandwiches and all the essentials. There is a bakery section selling buns and rolls and cakes etc but it's too close to Christmas for me to look at that section. I called in today for some light bulbs and got the energy saving type for 10p each which made my day. There are two downsides with this Tesco Express. Firstly the parking. It is in a little service road which is always very full. It is better to park in the pub, in Furzefield or along Mimms Hall Road but then you have a little walk. The second bad thing is that there are always trolleys full of cardboard rubbish at the front of the shop. It makes the whole area look untidy. My son spoke about the "rubbish Tesco" and I knew immediately which one he meant and prompted me to write this review. I don't think they could do much about the parking but the rubbish they could.
