A couple of months after the initial insurance bill was submitted, I began getting checks directly from United Healthcare, but they were nowhere near amount that the insurance agent had previously quoted. After about a week of both Mia and Agnes spending hours and hours on the phone and corresponding through emails fighting tooth and nail to get what was initially promised to me for reimbursement, I eventually was reimbursed approximately 80% of what I initially paid Treatment Centers XL. I will admit that I actually took some initiative and was in contact with the insurance company myself on several occasions. Perhaps some people don't realize that insurance companies will try anything they can to not pay what is promised unless you keep on them. Which I'm sure Treatment Centers XL is still doing. After nearly 10 months of sobriety that I attribute to this program greatly, I am further realizing that I have to take at least some responsibility for my own life. If that means a 2 minute call to my insurance company every few days until it is resolved, so be it. I have found that they respond to the policy holder much more immediately than a third party. As far as the IV treatments are concerned, all I know is that they have done wonders for me and everyone I met there during my treaty and have kept in contact with over the past 10 months.

This counselor allows a person who is unkind and controlling to remain in the group and punishes others who have experienced PTSD with that person - by dropping them. The rude person gets to stay - the person who has PTSD is asked to leave. This is not a safe place for those who have experienced abuse. And since reading this review, all of a sudden the counselor wants to talk with the peson she dropped without notice or any commucication. It's really hard to know what she cares about - her clients safety or her reputation. Repeat - If you have suffered abuse, this is not a safe place for you. One star is too much.

Not only did he gain confidence and skills in swimming, but the entire facility was extraordinary. His teacher, Maya, was kind, patient and communicative; the space has great changing rooms and facilities; the team evaluates the children's progress and sends regular emails; and they celebrate the achievements as the children progress in a way that keeps them engaged and excited. It set her up for success on a competitive swim team and instilled a love of swimming and personal perseverance. Now, after moving to CO and coming out of the pandemic, we looked into the nearest Goldfish for our other kiddos and they are loving their swim lessons and instructors! We tried a local recreation center because it was cheaper and it just wasn't working- the instructors didn't seem to care and really didn't have a great plan. Our daughter didn't learn a thing and even regressed a bit on some skills. Within just a few months back at Goldfish and she's doing so well! She's regained all lost skill and learned a few new things. We are very happy we brought them back to Goldfish!
