First off, there's a section of carpet that doesn't even sit flat on the floor anymore near the registers, actually making a really difficult for the lady with the wheelchair ahead of me to push. It's also dirty and staying, which doesn't really lend itself to a nice atmosphere when it attracts attention to itself instead of the store which is otherwise clean lines and bright. Slow registers and they don't provide paper receipts in their shipping orders anymore so be prepared with your receipt and having to read out the number since they don't have a need barcode or QR code to make it more efficient. Overall the whole store is made out to be much less efficient than it should be, the shopping experience would be greatly improved if they optimized all the parts of the experience that aren't related to the browsing and trying of accessories, i.e. registers, order resolution and lines. read more

I went to the store to exchange items I received for my birthday from my daughter. All items were within the return window. I returned the purse and exchanged the key wallet originally purchased and selected a different purse. I also chose the same wallet, just in a different color to match the new purse, and expected to pay only the price difference for the purse. At the register, the transaction was processed as a return and repurchase instead of an even exchange, which resulted in me being charged an additional $10 for the same wallet. When I called the store, the manager stated they could not honor the original price due to policy. I know this could have been handled as an even exchange, as the wallet I originally received was priced the same as the one I selected. It's disappointing that over $10, the store chose not to correct a simple issue and instead damaged a customer's trust. This location was fairly decent, the employees were very friendly and helpful. The was sanitizer available and lots of employees around to help. The store was abuzz with business but i went to check out as quickly as possible. Luckily, I found a few of their cute signature face masks, but the selection or other goods were slim due to the big sales and extremely slow lines. The lack of social distancing and spatial awareness among the people in the store was a bit too much for me. I had to give the jedi death stare to a lady and her daughter behind me in line who insisted on being "pickpocket" close to me! This is my to go spot for Christmas gifts every year. Although they have sales all year round, I find the best sales during the holiday season. Wristlets of all colors for as cheap as $20. ID holders $15. Clutch bags $30-$40. Bigger bags half off plus an additional 20% off. Keep in mind this is an outlet. Therefore, the styles they carry are not from the current season. I personally don't shop to stay up to date on fashion yet if I need a red purse to match the weekend outfit this is where I'd go. They do carry shoes, scarfs, gloves, coats, book bags, watches etc. Those items usually are on a higher price scale. read more

I luvz coach! I've been buying their bags for years!!! Their bags last for a while if you take good care of them. What I love is the different colors of their logo print. Not like LV that mostly is beige and brown. I've bought shoes, gloves and hats and they are so worth every penny. Their bags at this outlet range from $80-$700. They have a limited shoe section. The staff it's helpful but the lines nice slow during the weekends. They have special sales for people who are in their outlet list and I can't figure how to join. I get special sales on their regular retail site. I've asked the employees and they don't know. A customs with that special invite bought a $500 purse for $150!!! I have never experienced such egregious customer service in my life. I tried to exit the store but I saw that one of the exits was closed off so I tried to leave where I entered. The woman at the door yelled at me "you cant exit here". I made her aware that I couldn't get out of the other exit and she kept sayin really loudly "YOU CANT EXIT HERE!!!" So I went back to the blocked exit and the security also tried to stop me. Do you know it's illegal to contain someone?! I will never shop at this brand again and I'll let my friends know. I have been a loyal customer of Coach for years particularly at years end with gifts and personal items. I was very disappointed of the amount of bureaucracy involved to return a gift when the only driven force was not to return the cash that I paid but to issue a store credit after only one week. The manager LATOYA really was proud of being uncooperative. Very disappointed that they are loosing me as a loyal customer over a very small purchase. Overall, this is a good Coach outlet store. It doesn't have the crazy crowds, but also lacks the crazy deals that you would find at the Coach outlet in Woodbury. Staff is not pushy and helps if there are any questions. The store is also spacious and things are organized well. read more
