Two employees whose names are Joseph and Ashley looked after me when I came in complaining that I had stood in line approximately 1 hour at the Coach women's outlet across the street. I had brought back my daughters ipad cover as it was broken.. My daughter was told by 2 other Coach stores that there was nothing they could do. I thought that Coach had a reputation of life time warranty on their products. Joseph and Ashley had called head office and spoke to an employee there and got permission to help me as this ipad was not bought at the Coach men's outlet. Joseph and Ashley were on the phone for approximately 1/2 hour trying to find the right ipad to see what the price was when bought 8 months ago. Joseph then took me across the street to the woman's outlet and we walked in and went to the sales person who took care of us. I got my credit and went back to the Coach men's with Joseph and bought the ipad that I had seen there for my daughter and was given an additional discount. I came from Brampton that day and it was my anniversary and also I am a senior and because of the service that Joseph and Ashley had given me it restored my faith in customer service at Coach. The styles and sizes don't fit was they used to (changes in us not them I'm sure), but this is a nice outlet store anyway. They have one at Woodbury Commons as well, and they both seem to be hybrid stores. Some stuff is clearance/outlet, other stuff is more "regular store". Since some of the other stores at Woodbury do this too (Ugg comes to mind), this is something that stores seem to do now. I like this store, especially when shopping with others, who always seem to love it. After the Holidays they have some nice clearance on gloves and other outdoor things.

Thankfully, this chain has kept the outlet store in Niagara Falls and I am SO GRATEFUL since this is one of my all time favorite places to shop. The outlet store is really half outlet (clearance prices) and half regular store. They have a great selection of clothes, outwear, and even luggage and bags. Sometimes the clearance prices are better than other times, but if you're a rewards member, you get a coupons a few times a year that makes shopping here a much sweeter deal. Being plus size, I love that they carry XXL and sometimes have a few random women's size pieces here. They also randomly have tall sizes that I sometimes opt for since I find that the sleeves and torsos of their shirts are sometimes way too short (especially after being washed). My latest pet peeve though is that they used to carry 18s and 20s in ladies pants in the store and they don't anymore!! When I asked about this the employees told me those sizes are available "by catalog or online only" now. WTF?! So many stores are starting to do this and it's really irking me. So now I have to pay not only $5-10 more for a plus size item to begin with, but I also now have to pay $10 shipping and the clothes might not even fit?! VERY annoying. Though, I'm still loyal to my Eddie. I just don't like the new policy on "extended sizes". They also have a lifetime guarantee on all of their items, which is GREAT.

Finding this little shop wasn't too much of a problem, and after giving him the shoe, he looked at it, then simply asked when I wanted it done. If you want it fixed tomorrow, then it will be done tomorrow. WoW!! I was impressed! I'll be picking it up in a few days. Will update when it's picked up in a few days! UPDATE: Perfect work done and very quick! I told him when I dropped it off that I'll pick it up over the weekend, about four days later. He said okay. Actually I think I went during a chore to pick it up on Wednesday; not only was it ready, it looked as good as new! Impressed and happy were the emotion felt upon seeing the shoe!!
