I understand the desire and at times importance of being able to set your own schedule, which is the benefit of appointments. However, you need to offer walk-in services as well in order to be competitive and successful. This is the 3rd time I've stopped by during what would be considered normal business hours and the store is closed. I will be taking my patronage elsewhere.
