Mind you, my carpets are in good shape, and I did actually want them cleaned for my seasonal renter and have a result beyond what I could do myself. I sent him on his way and skipped it, but felt like it was a bit of a bait and switch and as Anthony admitted when I said that to him, "they want to get us in the house" as, yes, most customers are not going to skip it as I did. Transparent pricing is a good thing, and the lack of it made me not want to work with this company. A bit of a time waste.
