Our turn-round time for the job was on short notice (less than 24 hrs notice) and on a Sunday - all of which Mark accommodated. Mark himself took care of the job and arrived promptly at the appointed time, getting the work done in less than an hour. He as well helped us with donation items, which was an unexpected time saving bonus. I talked to 4 different businesses over the course of a month and a half, that said they could come by ASAP and there was something that always came up, (ok I canceled once 48 before an appointment) and they would vanish. They said they'd be there when I was ready.., Lies! (One guy said his dad had a heart attack and that's understandable) I'm a snowbird, and was leaving town and I could only be available within 2 days, as someone left me high and dry 5 days before I was leaving. I had spoken to Cristian before but I had already given the job to someone who ended up ditching me. So I got back in contact with only these two days to spare, on a DEATHLY HOT day and he texted me back within 3 MINUTES!!! And was hauling out monster fridge within a few hours! And set my water line up for when I get a new fridge! I didn't even ask if he could do that for me! Abd also put up with my stressed out chatter... All I can say is RC Broz are Friendly, Fast, Chill, and went above and beyond the call of duty. It took just a few hours from contact to completion. Where other people took a few weeks just to leave me hanging. I might be a borderline hoarder (I love fashion... and shopping. and designing. Sewing...The machines, dresses, shoes and fabric are piling up.... ) I will DEFINITELY be calling him next time I need help moving or getting rid of stuff.
