Loved this hotel! We were searching for a pet friendly location with a hot tub and I'm glad I stumbled upon this place. I booked over the phone to ensure we got a dog friendly room and the staff were very helpful. Check in/ Check out was a breeze and the property was very clean. Our room had a beautiful view of the pond and we loved watching the baby ducks swim around. It was quite peaceful. We were only there for one night, but we put the pool/hot tub/sauna to good use while we were there. The beds were very comfortable, but it is disappointing that they don't have rooms with 2 queen beds, only doubles. read more

The he manager Andrea is so rude and just a not pleasant person! she felt it inappropriate to go above her head to the management of the hotels, after calling one night late to book with chilliwack coast hotels. Andrea said it's not appropriate to go above her head. the reason I did was when I called to book a room at 12:30am I was greeted by a new employee that I assume Andrea was in charge of training. this employee told me they don't take booking, and it was early morning so they don't take booking. they his staff said they just answer the phone! they also told me they are not customer service, they do not know how to run the computers, and to call back to andrea in the morning! I had enquired for a price match that I noticed on the webpage as I was booking. the problem is the price I paid was 100 dollars less than the price offered eventually over the phone the next day. we had min choice for hotels in chilliwack, old hotel staff doesn't take booking? Andrea was not kind to us and at one point snatched the key cards she gave me back off the desk and said she would not be checking me in right now and I would wait! hours before a wedding we were in town for. Andrea also seems to be fine with the aggressive drug users out front of the hotel at the lobby whom were around the entire time we were at the hotel. seems no security was present, guests vehicles and belonging and personal safety doesn't seem to be top priority for Andrea. at one point the aggressive behaviour of the drug users was hostile towards myself and other guests. DO NOT STAY !!! there are other hotels in Chilliwack, coast api hotels says what they want to get you in. I will say the other staff was great, friendly and also had things to say about Andrea as a manger. it seems Andrea is kind only when she wants to be! shame the hotels didn't want to respoke after I reached out. read more

We stayed her for a local get away and really enjoyed our stay. A nice family hotel in centeral Chilliwack. Rooms are clean, reasonalbe rates, wifi included and a good size gym. Staff was friendly and great service. Wonderful restaurant for brunch or dinner. There are days the restaurant is not open for lunch. The restaurant has a great view of the pond and outside gardens-very relaxing. A great local hotel and we look forward to returning. read more

Stayed here in July 2020 for a golfing weekend with some buddies, in the middle of the Pandemic. All stayed in separate rooms. Hotel did a good job trying to keep things clean. Rooms were good. No housekeeping unless items were specifically requested as they did not want anyone entering into occupied rooms so they would just drop off at the door. Preston's restaurant was open and again, they did a good job keeping tables apart and Covid tracing. Hotel was busier than I expected but in no way was it crowded. Good location in the middle of downtown. Small outdoor shopping complex across the street with dollar store, liquor store and Save-On-Foods. Very convenient. read more

We filmed a hotel and room tour. We have stayed at this hotel twice. It is pretty nice, clean and friendly staff. The pool, hot tub and sauna were very large. The gym was also a nice size. For Chilliwack this hotel is actually quite swanky. My boyfriend booked the nicest room to do a photo shoot in and the bathroom was the best part. I wish we could have stayed over night just for the bathroom! It had a double vanity, glass shower and (best of all) a deep stand alone tub. read more

My husband and I stayed here with our four kids. We had two adjoining rooms. Both rooms were very clean and fully stocked. We requested extra blankets and they were delivered quickly. Staff were friendly and welcoming. COVID protocol seemed to be followed. In the morning we were provided with breakfast bento boxes that we went to the front desk to collect. They consisted of a yogurt, apple, bagel with cream cheese, juice and a Nutrigrain Bar. Unfortunately, they did not have many Breakfast options for my 8 year old daughter who has a gluten and lactose allergy. I would stay at this hotel again. read more

Pretty meh place. Main complaint is that the elevators made bad mechanical noises when operating (and once randomly stopped an half opened doors). The kids were subsequently scared to take them, so they insisted on taking the stairs, and we were on the 9th floor! The elevators clearly require maintenance / attention. The pool was shallow and lack lustre, and the building just feels old. Our server in the restaurant was a bit rude and unattentive. The only real positive was the heated bidet seat. I would not recommend staying here, and we would certainly not stay again. read more

If it weren't for the good staff, I wouldn't give this hotel 2 stars. Not a good set up especially if mobility is an issue. Elevator only goes to second floor fitness than 2 flights to walk to pool. Pool does not have walk in, so I could use it due to hip issue. Hot tub is older, not hot and a big step down which is not handicapped friendly. Wanted to stay here for the pool, but couldnt use it. The king bed was hard. Hubby and I had 2 most uncomfortable nights and woke with back pain. Will not stay here again. Not worth the money. read more

We were perfectly happy with our stay here, overlooking the vast lilly pond in the back with beautiful views of the mountains and the ability to open the window for fresh air. Room and facility was clean and pleasant with a comfortable bed. No off odors or chemical smells from cleaning sprays. Good shower and enjoyed the warm bathroom seat experience they supply. read more

We are a family that stays in hotels about 5 times a year. Our price point is usually $100-$130 per night (important to have apples to apples comparison). Very disappointed with our stay in this hotel. First, the good part is the hotel appears clean, amenities also appeared clean and plenty of parking. Hotel is located close to a few good stores, gas stations and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Now the bad. 1) rooms booked (in my case, through booking.com) MAY NOT be cancelled. 1b) first time we came a half hour early and could not be checked in due rooms were not being ready. Finally checked in after 3pm. (Yes check in is at 3pm but this shows, efficiency is lacking). 2) rooms are nothing special, usually rooms we book (double) come with a fridge, this one didn't. 3)stayed a couple days and housekeeping did not clean room after first day, even though we put the housekeeping sign up. Gave new towels but did not even attempt to clean anything else, beds were left unmade. 4) pool water temp was freezing(experienced many other hotel pools) to a point one cannot enjoy this amenity at all. Most US hotels we stay at, in this price point, even offer free breakfast...this one was just simply blah to say the least. read more

Very good location with of tons of parking. This isn't New York City, so no it's not the Ritz Carlton either. If you have to be in Chilliwack then this is the place to stay. Staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. Our room was massive,- king bed with pullout couch. We had our dog and needed the room to be cleaned while it was out and indeed it was. Ce with breakfast for free, which is decent and but given the price what did you expect. Only bummer was that one elevator didn't work which was a problem when three tour busses came in at same point. Again if you have to come here this is where you should stay read more

I had a reservation at another hotel (The Comfort Inn - never stay there) for me and my show dog and when I arrived they said "no dogs". I googled "close by" and drove to the Coast Hotel at 10:30 p.m. without a reservation. The staff was incredibly accommodating, understanding and set me up with a beautiful room. The lobby is welcoming, the rooms are really clean and affordable. The location is great - I will be staying at the Coast from now on. Coast loves dogs! read more

I have stayed at alot of Coast Hotels. This is a Very nice clean and new Hotel. Nice Views from the rooms and located close to alot of amenities. The Restaurant was very good, though it took some time for our Lunch to arrive, but when it did it was very good. Beds were very comfortable and rooms well appointed. read more

This hotel I would not ever use again, we booked our rooms for our sons wedding 3 months ago, when we got to the hotel they did not have the rooms that we had reserved and they would not fix the problem for us they just gave us what they had with no reason as to why or how this had happened, then we find out people that booked after us got the rooms that we had reserved. Their Restaurant is also not worth earring in, their prices are ridiculous and the food really is pretty poor for what you are paying. If in Chilliwack I would look up the Royal Hotel... read more

Clean rooms. Excellent restaurant. The staff was outstanding (with the exception of 1 lady.) The pet deposit was a little outrageous in my opinion, there are no life jackets or floaties for kids at the pool, but we had an issue with our vehicle over night and they went above and beyond to try and make our extended stay more comfortable. Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, very clean, awesome pool and hot tub and a spectacular view! And great price! The whole package! Starbucks and Save-On are across the street. The restaurant is adequate. The evening service in the restaurant was fabulous but morning service was understaffed and so quite slow. read more
