I depend on getting my alterations done here. I've been going here for seven years. Ha has always done the correct alterations. She can downsize any clothing item and is honest to work with. She gets most items done quickly. read more

When I came to pick my daughter's pageant dress up to my horror she pulled it out of a cubby. This caused it to be wrinkled. I asked her to steam it and she told me" I do not do that for you. I put the dress wherever I want to. You left it here too long." Honestly I was supposed to pick the dress up the night before but could not. I still do not feel that that gives her the right to shove an expensive item into a cubby. read more

I hardly ever review a business but I would like to let everyone know what I have experienced. This particular place has always done my alterations so I have done ALOT of business with this woman but I have never dropped off more that 2 items at a time . I brought 10 shirts and 3 pair of pants in to have dry cleaned and after I filled out the form explaining what I would like to have done , I pulled my phone out to take pictures of what I'm dropping off and the ladies husbandu grabs all of my clothes and throws them at me while telling me to leave . He says " if you don't trust me, I don't want your business " . Now , I don't know about the rest of the world but I like to keep up with my clothes, especially when you're talking about over $1000 dollars worth of clothes. They send these to a completely different company that does their dry cleaning so it's not them I don't trust, it's the other company that I've never met before. I've taken numerous articles of clothing to Coast. I've always been super pleased by the workmanship. She took apart a pair of embroidered skinny jeans that did not fit in the waist and hips and now fit to perfection. She has opened up when closed (she was still there working) on several occasions when I have been late a few minutes. While there can be a little confusion with communication I will continue to go back because she's always done an excellent job for me. I could not recommend this business more highly. read more

Only gave one star because I had too. Took my really expensive pair of jeans to get altered. When I returned to pick them up I noticed they were not the length I requested I asked if I could try them on and I was told it was too late for that since they had already been altered. I had tried them on for her before she altered them but unfortunately they were still too long when I picked them up I would have paid again for a second alteration that wasn't the issue; The problem was that she did not care to hear me out, and simply kept saying it was too late ... I will never go back to a place with such poor customer service !! read more

I wish I could rate them in the negatives! HORRIBLE customer service! I walked in, for the first time ever, with a bridesmaid dress. Of course, the dress needed alterations done. When I made it inside, the man (who sits in the front watching tv) looked in my hands, shook his head, and rolled his eyes. No greeting or anything. After this rude act of welcome, he rudely asked, "what do you need?" I asked him who was he rolling his eyes towards, because that was my first time ever coming there. He STILL continued to ask what I needed, on top of a lot of other rude remarks. I asked if it was someone else to speak to, because I didn't have the time or patience to deal with him. Another shorter lady came from out back and was very rude, as well. Unbelievable, to say that they're actually over this business and don't know how to talk to a first-time customer, who was going to pay her own money to have a dress altered! After letting them know they needed to perfect their customer service skills, I walked out and told them I was taking my service elsewhere. At that point, the lady was chasing after me & yelling, "No! No! We can help you!" I'd advise ANYONE to not go here, but rather drive further or figure out how to do alterations on your own. This place of business is sickening and their lack of respect for me, as a first time customer, literally made me run out of their building. read more

If I could give this place a negative number of stars I would, but one star is the minimum choice available. This place is HORRIBLE. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS! They made me prepay for an alteration and they did the measurements when I prepaid. When I picked up the item they had cut it too short. When I told the woman that it was too short she got very angry and agitated and started yelling at me. I proposed as a solution to add back some of the material she had cut and she said that was too much work and that she would not do it. I was calmly speaking to her and she was yelling at me in a very rude manner. She ruined my expensive jacket! I left the place very upset for the way she treated me and in horror of such ugly costumer service and such lack of human decency. I had not been insulted like that ever in my life by a place of business. This place is HORRIBLE and extremely incompetent. I will also report them to the Ocean Springs chamber of commerce. But save your money and your sanity and do not give this place any of your business. read more
