all the people that work there are very friendly. I had to have my bottom teeth extracted. The Dr and the assistant were very nice and polite. very bedside manners, I felt no pain at all and if I felt any, she made sure that I by adding more Novacaine. I would highly recommend this facility to other people that need dental work. I will return after the first of the year to get my upper and lower plate. read more

Dr Jennifer Nguyen is most worst doctor she only interested in money I went there for routine cleaning but she forced me for full mouth xray I told her I m not comfortable and not bear extra coast she was not listening n told me ur insurance pay for ur xray after xray she gave me coation for cleaning and treatment I asked there for any payment staff said no need to pay and after a week send me a bill it $91 when I called to there office they won't listen n told me called ur insurance I had to pay unnecessary $91 Now owner apologies but how abt I paid $91 unnecessarily only for there doctor mistake and greediness read more

I was super disappointed with the whole experience. First I waited an hour+ just to go back. Then I was told this was just for pictures.... Seriously?! Then after taking an obscene amount of pictures I was told, oh btw your insurance doesn't cover this, so you now need to.... Great news after that our office doesn't do root canal's or crowns you'll need to find ANOTHER dentist for that... that isn't in the county... and no we don't know who your insurance takes or who can even get you in. So all the dentist does is cleaning and basic fillings... DO NOT waste your time, energy, and money. Find a dentist that doesn't need to refer you out for basic care. read more

Worst Dental experience ever !! first of all they took more X-rays of my mouth than I have had in my entire life. Then once they realized I wasn't going to fill out a credit application to have above and beyond dental work done that my insurance didn't pay for they had no use for me and said basically thank you have a good day. They refuse to do a cleaning they refused to replace my missing filling of which my tongue was getting cut up on from the jagged edge of the tooth. Once I declined the credit application they had no use for me and basically sent me on my way with nothing getting done except running up the bill for all the x-rays. on top of that they charge me a copay which I was not supposed to pay and they refuse to refund it after many many phone calls. read more

Dr. Hoang Loang. 11/22/2013 -Visited today for simple cleaning and re-cement of front crown. Assisting staff did a great job! Only reason for the One Star Rating. From the reception desk, to the hygienist, to Pat the Office Manager; awesome job. Now to the Dentist who is the primary at this office... Has Horrible people skills, possibly the worst I have ever received at a medical facility. Told me that it was the last time he would reset my crown and that I had to get 2(TWO) new ones in order to make my concern fixed. I think he was mad because I didn't accept his Costly advice and that I chose to "just" have it re-cemented. After expressing my wishes, I was moved into another room where myself and my four year old waited over an hour. While in the room I overheard Dr. Hoang arguing with another patient in another room in regards to a partial that was giving her problems. She complained, "this one side of my partial is gouging my inner cheek and needs to be fixed" , Dr Hoang's response; "That's just the way it was and that she would have to live with it". I was appalled at what I just heard which made my patience even thinner than it already was. After another 15 minutes in the room and no Dr, I grabbed my belongings and walked up to reception. I paid in full for the services rendered and asked for a patient record request form so I could go shop for a new dentist, and asked how I could complain about the terrible service I have received from this dentist. I am also complaining on behalf of the staff that has to support this dentist because they are also having to deal with the incompetence of there "boss" and the backlash from the customers that he offends. Send him back to school for IPS (Interpersonal Skills), and possibly some business management classes because he just lost 3 patients in my family for the Coast Dental business. After what I heard while waiting, I am sure I am not the only one feeling this way. read more

I've never experienced such incompetence..each time i had an appointment they try to get a co pay from me when my insurance does not require a co pay..each time i have to call my insurance and 3 way the call or have my insurance call them..last time my insurance agent spoke with a staff member took care of the mix up..so we thought..i receive a bill ..when i call the person who my insurance agent spoke with..she denies speaking to them..claims she doesn't know what i'm talking about..you never deal with the same person twice so you are constantly trying to rectify a situation over and over..i will never recommend this dental office..i give them a negative rating read more

I had a great experience at coast dental in Titusville. I was very nervous about my front tooth. I dont want to lose it. Jennifer did my xray she was wonderful calmed me down. So my mom and I arrived at the dentist office, they cancelled the appointment because my mom didn't call back during business hours ( she did call back but after she was done working her 12 hour shift ) so then we were trying to make another appointment and all the sudden they say they don't accept my insurance and my mom called them twice just to make sure they took my insurance and now all the sudden they are saying they never took my insurance ? I went to Coast Dental at 4400 S. Washington Ave. for a check out and met Dr. Long N. Hoang (Oct.2012). I wanted to do the whitening and the cleaning. They made their full recomendation which included a cosmetic service to improve the overall smile. So I took his word and accepted to do the job. He did filling and with that came the drilling to level my 4 teeth. There, where I feel he went too far. Dr. Long even excused himself for working so long and intense on that teeth but he mention that he need to bring the level of my tooth lower on that side. I was concerned but at the same time tried to trust the doctor expertise. Some time its just not right to be nice and patient. On May of 2013 that tooth start chipping. It was little, but you could notice it. I called the office and informed one of the employee about it. I mentioned I didn't want an appointment but I wanted to speak with the doctor. On August 2013 the other tooth next to that one started chipping too. So I went to the Dr. Office, but he was not there.(they mentioned he was on vacation). On November the tooth broke some more but by that time I was really sick. But still few weeks later I spoke with the office manager there and explained to her my concerns. On January I made an appointment. At the beginning a made myself clear that the only reason I was there was to speak with Dr. Long about the problem I was having after a job that he recommended and did. Well, for my surprise Dr. Long came into the room ignoring all my concerns, and explanations, he acted like nothing was told to him. So I let it go and played their game to see what were the doctor and the employee attitude in front of my claim, concern, and request for solutions. The doctor sent me a list of recommendation of jobs he can do - about 4,000 dollar cost...((including a crown for the teeth that are braking now). Incredible right? So I asked the patient care coordinator if she finished. You can tell she was uncomfortable, because she knew the doctor was not taking good care of my request and she was there the date that Dr. Long performed that job too. Its hard when an employee have to deal with unethical bosses. So after waiting for almost 10 more min. Dr. Long came to the office to speak with me with such an attitude, that is sad to see in a young professional. But I keep myself cool and mentioned all the situation, ask him if he will take responsibility for that and was shock to hear his answers so full of EGO, he even tried to put me down, he also tried to direct the conversation to focus on the new work he just quoted and at the end he never accepted that he has any responsibility on what is happening to now to my teeth. I have to say I have never have the need to write a negative review about any business in this town. But Dr. Long has perfectly shown the kind of answer that needs to be eliminated from any DR, PRACTICE. People look for Medical Doctors for help, if you don't have the interpersonal skill to deal with people or the willingness to be fair and responsible with your patients, then go back to school. read more
