The display photos were beautiful and were taken in breathtaking venues so we called. Jeff Boyce (owner) was very accommodating with our schedule and we had our family photos taken that week. When it began to drizzle at the beginning of our appointment, we all thought he would cancel but he assured us that the pictures would be fine and we wouldn't even notice the rain- or if it did show in the pictures, the lighting would make it look like snow. Although we were doubtful, he was absolutely correct! Jeff was patient and allowed multiple "family combinations". The areas he chose for our pictures were absolutely beautiful and we all have said that his pictures were some of the best we have ever taken - friends and family agree. Jeff was extremely reasonably priced, took amazing, creative shots and delivered the finished product on time and as promised. I would highly recommend that anyone vacationing in Whistler book a session with him. And if you are lucky enough to live in the area, book him for any event you have!

The staff were courteous, but the management offered no flexibility or goodwill refund. If you're booking here, make sure you fully understand both the credit card requirements for check-in and the non-refundable booking policy before you arrive.

Elise made booking spa treatments effortless, and the concierge provided wonderful restaurant recommendations before we even arrived. Lila at the front desk gave us the perfect first impression--warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We arrived to find chocolate-covered strawberries and a "Happy Anniversary" note waiting in our suite, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The spa experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ali welcomed me with tea and a warm towel before showing me around the beautiful facilities. Caitlin, the spa director, was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. My massage with Zdenka was incredible, and the scalp massage and mask add-on was absolutely divine. I was even surprised with an anniversary gift of spa products when I checked out. The exceptional service continued throughout our stay. The pool service was attentive and relaxing (aside from a few persistent bees!), and the breakfast server--wish I could remember his name-- quickly turned around a small issue at the omelette station (with the inattentive omelette cook) by bringing us a delicious omelette directly to our table. Our room was beautiful, with a peaceful view that we especially enjoyed from the balcony. The turndown service was a lovely touch, and the Four Seasons app made every interaction seamless and convenient. What stood out most was that every staff member seemed genuinely committed to creating a memorable experience. It's a quick walk down to Whistler Village and was very easy to walk down to Spicy Sports in Blackcomb to get our rental equipment. The main areas of the building are in dire need of renovation. First impressions are not great. The lifts are dead slow and you can expect a five minute wait at peak times. Parking is plentiful in the underground parking garage at $17/day. The rules in the main areas are a bit strange as the resort has a "strict" no skis/boards in the condos, yet their ski valet does not accept poles or ski boots. I see absolutely no point in disallowing skis when similar property damage can be made with poles and people stomping around in ski boots. The outdated main areas and stupid ski valet that only accepts one-third of the necessary kit is a one-star deduction. We rented our condo from a private owner off Airbnb. Our unit was recently renovated with newly kitted bathroom and kitchen. We were lucky in that it was a corner unit and we heard no noise except for the ski boots clonking down the hallway in the morning and early evening if we happened to be around - even that noise was not too bothersome. There is no question on if we would rent from the owning couple again - for sure! Although our unit is within the same building as the resort-operated condos, we did not get daily maid service which was a-ok. If you are considering this property, it is absolutely vital that you understand who you are renting from to ensure you get the unit you expect. If the operating company is ResortQuest, you will likely end up with a room that was last updated in the early 1980's. It is my recommendation to turn to VRBO and Airbnb so that you can see photos of specific units versus a mix of photos from outdated and updated condos on various booking sites.

The property is locate about 10 steps away from the Blackcomb gondola. We rented a one bedroom condo that was on the 2nd floor and overlooked the the center of Whistler village. The condo's are pretty old and nothing fancy but they are roomy and have everything you need from in unit pantry and washer/dryer, to fireplace, kitchen & TV. And you really can't beat the location! The only downside to this place was that it was so close to a few bars so at 2-3AM every night, the drunks come out of the clubs yelling. There are lots of windows overlook the center so you can hear everything. Plus people staying in the village LOVE to party so it happens EVERY NIGHT! We found a great deal on the place because they had a special of pay 2 nights get the 3rd free! Again I cannot stress the GREAT location!!!!

She then came over and covered up the thing I was about to take a picture of with her hands. Apparently, she minded me taking a picture in her store. Having a policy against photos is short-sighted, but certainly her right. I was bothered by the rudeness more than the policy. I'll take my business elsewhere, and encourage you to do the same.
