Lila at the front desk gave us the perfect first impression--warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. We arrived to find chocolate-covered strawberries and a "Happy Anniversary" note waiting in our suite, which was such a thoughtful surprise. The spa experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ali welcomed me with tea and a warm towel before showing me around the beautiful facilities. Caitlin, the spa director, was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. My massage with Zdenka was incredible, and the scalp massage and mask add-on was absolutely divine. I was even surprised with an anniversary gift of spa products when I checked out. The exceptional service continued throughout our stay. The pool service was attentive and relaxing (aside from a few persistent bees!), and the breakfast server--wish I could remember his name-- quickly turned around a small issue at the omelette station (with the inattentive omelette cook) by bringing us a delicious omelette directly to our table. Our room was beautiful, with a peaceful view that we especially enjoyed from the balcony. The turndown service was a lovely touch, and the Four Seasons app made every interaction seamless and convenient. What stood out most was that every staff member seemed genuinely committed to creating a memorable experience. This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable hotel stays we've had, and we're already planning our next trip back.

The views are amazing from the living room and kitchen/dining area. Master bedroom has a king bed and a jacuzzi style tub. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are 2 full baths in this unit. Here is more info on the unit we stayed at from their site: " 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, offering 1,008 square feet. The open living area, kitchen and dining areas along with the private outside covered BBQ and sitting decks, all command spectacular southern exposure with valley and mountain views. The Bluffs 4 is a 2 minute walk to the Dave Murray Downhill (the site of the 2010 winter Olympic and Paralympic Downhill Ski Events!) This property overlooks the ski runs from the living room and bbq deck. The master bedroom has a king bed with full ensuite featuring heated slate floors and a bathtub/shower combo. The second bedroom has the option of two twin beds or a king-sized bed with direct access to the second full bathroom. The second bedroom also features a flat screen television." My only complaint is we left a VERY expensive sweater there and a pair of new prescription glasses and they claim they weren't there when we know for a fact that we forgot them, so if you stay here DON'T FORGET ANYTHING, cause you won't get it back.

The location couldn't have been better either. Tucked away from Whistler Village, this private hillside allowed for easy access to ski slopes - I literally skied out the backdoor - and it also came with great sweeping views of the mountains and gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. I don't think I can ever come to Whistler without renting here again.

We called the 3 phone numbers listed on the front door multiple times and NO one answered. Finally called the security guy, and he picked up. He was at Creekside and so we had to wait 20min for him to drive back to the condo to meet us. Then he went into the desk and couldn't find our key or even our room number. So we had to then drive all the way to Creekside where their managing office is, and pick up the key and the room number. So the whole check-in process took an hour. Once we checked in, the room was very spacious, although lots of the furniture is very dated and the stovetop didn't work. The location is very nice for ski-in and ski-out. The hot tub is large and can accommodate many people. This property is mainly for families with children, so everyone sleeps early and wakes up early. Location is only convenient for skiing at Blackcomb. It's about a 10min drive to the village where all the restaurants are. There are no restaurants or bars within walking distance, so getting food was very inconvenient.

It's a quick walk down to Whistler Village and was very easy to walk down to Spicy Sports in Blackcomb to get our rental equipment. The main areas of the building are in dire need of renovation. First impressions are not great. The lifts are dead slow and you can expect a five minute wait at peak times. Parking is plentiful in the underground parking garage at $17/day. The rules in the main areas are a bit strange as the resort has a "strict" no skis/boards in the condos, yet their ski valet does not accept poles or ski boots. I see absolutely no point in disallowing skis when similar property damage can be made with poles and people stomping around in ski boots. The outdated main areas and stupid ski valet that only accepts one-third of the necessary kit is a one-star deduction. We rented our condo from a private owner off Airbnb. Our unit was recently renovated with newly kitted bathroom and kitchen. We were lucky in that it was a corner unit and we heard no noise except for the ski boots clonking down the hallway in the morning and early evening if we happened to be around - even that noise was not too bothersome. There is no question on if we would rent from the owning couple again - for sure! Although our unit is within the same building as the resort-operated condos, we did not get daily maid service which was a-ok. If you are considering this property, it is absolutely vital that you understand who you are renting from to ensure you get the unit you expect. If the operating company is ResortQuest, you will likely end up with a room that was last updated in the early 1980's. It is my recommendation to turn to VRBO and Airbnb so that you can see photos of specific units versus a mix of photos from outdated and updated condos on various booking sites.

She then came over and covered up the thing I was about to take a picture of with her hands. Apparently, she minded me taking a picture in her store. Having a policy against photos is short-sighted, but certainly her right. I was bothered by the rudeness more than the policy. I'll take my business elsewhere, and encourage you to do the same.
