Then being evaluated by Dr Tyler. Dr Tyler now was promoted to another location for Complete Care. This care was physical therapy, Neuro therapy and Chiropractic care. The altercation got out of hand, then she did the ultimate no no! This person violated my HIPAA, at first I was going to let it go. Then as I thought about it I thought about how many times has she violated other's HIPPA! I tried calling her supervisor and report the issue, I left a voicemail but they never called me back! I thought it was very important that medical services doesn't violate our HIPPA rights. Well I guess Parrish doesn't care that their staff is violating people's HIPPA! So since her supervisor wouldn't call me back, I thought it was necessary to write this review. Now maybe they will call me back now!

I was asked where my pain was and what treatments I'd used etc. after I'd completed 14 pages of paperwork about my entire medical history. Deuk then calls me out of the exam room into the clinical area where 5 or more employees or students are standing staring at me. He begins jabbing me asking about my pain, then turns my head with pressure twice without warning and I am saying I am in pain and trying to get away and he literally REFUSED to stop. I have instability of my neck as it is and 2 neck surgeries. I blanked out after this. I never was questioned about any of my medical history nor spoken to privately in a patient doctor scenario in a room. I got 2 minutes of torture in front of God and everyone. After reading what others said, I believe it was entirely on purpose to cause pain and entertain the rest of the office.
